The critical reviews

Roy told me he could not inspect my roof until he was available, had me wait 3 days. On the morning of, he had someone call me and tell me he was running 30 min late. After 2 hours, I found someone else who arrived same day within 20min. I will never recommend anyone who can't commit to their own appointments.

I had such a wonderful stress free experience right from the beginning. They easily gave me an estimate without having to sit with a high pressure sales person.

Roy and his crew did a great job with siding and gutter repair. They were very nice to deal with and super efficient with the work. Everything was on time and actually completed even faster than expected. Clean up of site was great-we are very pleased with results and highly recommend their work!

We shopped around for a few quotes and Chicago Roof & Siding had the best price for the best quality of products and workmanship. They explained the different types of material available, kept us up to date on the project schedule, and offered fair pricing. I have spoken positively about this company to others seeking services.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 5 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Chicago Roof & Siding. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
