6/7/2024 Contacted Pulaski Roofing (Nick Steven’s)to fix a leak in my roof. 6/25/2024 Update. Unfortunately after a recent rainfall, the issue hasn’t been resolved. Roof is leaking again in the same area. Multiple calls, email and voicemails left. No response yet. I’ll update progress with next steps taken. Nick Steven’s responded via phone call. He asked if my roof caved in because I called multiple times and left voicemails. A roof leaking is a major issue. Unfortunately no resolution has been made and I will request a refund.

Nick came out at the end of May, not the day he said he would come, but the next day after U called to ask when he was coming. He seemed to be offering me a “deal” to do the work that day to fix a leak, $400 instead of $600. We paid him …

Do not use them if you have slate. We have a slate roof. Another contractor indicated we should replace our flashing. Pulaski said, "Don't do that. We'll put a coating on the roof which will seal it and you'll be good for 10 years for 1/10th if the cost." Well, we now have to refinish our bedroom ceiling because of water coming in. They came out and said they patched it, but it didn't work and now they won't even return my calls. It's appalling. For other types of roofs they may be fine. They put in a new roof (non-slate) on our garage and that was done well.

This is the absolute worst, most unprofessional, unresponsive roofing company I have ever dealt with. We had our roof done under a year ago by Pulaski Roofing and there are several leaks in our roof causing significant damage to the inside of the property. I have reached out several times over the last six months to have someone come out to reassess the roof. The people on the phone are rude and difficult to work with. The last couple months they have completely ignored every call and every request via email to reassess their incomplete work. Stay away!

I contacted Pulaski Roofing for an emergency roof repair after high winds and heavy rain. After sharing pictures of the roof and interior ceiling, Nick came out within 24 hours despite rain showers in the forecast. A thorough inspection was performed and the repair was completed within 3 hours. He provided an explanation of the repairs and photos of the work performed. I’ll definitely use Pulaski Roofing in the future if the need arises.

Had a great time with them! I called Nick the day of the bad storm and he and his crew came out the next day, gave me a quote and they were able to fix the roof the same day. Will 10/10 ask for their help again if needed!

We had a leak in our skylight on a Sunday. We contacted Pulaski and they were out the same day to address the issue. Nick and his team were professional and provided options to resolve the matter. We opted for ongoing maintenance option due to their professionalism and follow through. In a day and age of lost integrity and a lack of professionalism this experience was refreshing. I highly recommend this business.

Nick and the guys from Pulaski were awesome, super kind and respectful, we had a minor cave in that resulted in a major leak during a storm at night, and they got an emergency crew together to get out to my house and actually get the leaks covered and stopped so we could make it through the night. They will be returning in the morning to do full repairs on everything. Can't speak highly enough for the service we have received in an emergency. They took a lot of time to explain everything and took photos of everything as well.
