Mary, stop harassing us. We have been dealing with you for over 2 years now. The previous roofer you used sued you, the village stated you are unwell, and we have done every single thing we can to appease you with no avail. The manufacturer(certainteed) came out to your home to view your complaints and reported a clean bill of health and said your claims are FALSE. Every single thing you have been posting on every single website is spam, harassment, and completely untrue. We have written you letters and several emails begging you to stop and if you don’t, further action will be taken. You haven’t stopped so we will be taking the next step.

I can't say enough about Licitra Roofing. I had a new roof and gutters put up. They were Pleasant and Helpful. The work was quality and quick. The price was reasonable. They also cleaned up really well.

Besides a fantastic job on roofs, Licitra also does siding, soffits, fascias, and gutters and I'm so glad I picked them to do mine. July 12, 2023 a tornado went though my neighborhood and did about ninety thousand dollars worth of damage to my house. John from Licitra checked my roof and only found five damaged shingles that weren't damaged bad enough to replace. He informed me that he could replace my siding, soffits, fascias, and gutters, and what a beautiful job John and his crew did. I have received several compliments from my neighbors because my house looks like new. Thank you Licitra for hiring John and the installers you have, they take a lot of pride in their work.

The front portion of our roof need a tear off, and replacement of some rotted fascia and boards due to poor flashing by the previous contractor. John (estimator and main contact) was extremely responsive and gave me a reasonable evaluation of the needed repairs. For reference I received another quote where they wanted to tear off the roof and replace all my joists (which seemed insane to me) The workers showed up on time and completed the job in about 4 hours. Would definitely use again. There's a ton of roofing companies around, but I'm more inclined to use Licitra again because I really appreciated the advice/opinion on diagnosing the needed repairs.
