Beware this guy is shady and charged me for work he did not do. A liar and a thief. He took advantage and has dragged this out for so long knowing that eventually I’ll give up because I do have to get the leak fixed. The thousands I gave him has been thrown down the drain.

When you have a roof leak, you need to get it addressed as soon as possible. I called them and was told that their "contractor" would contact me. A week goes by, no call. I called back and was told the same thing, another week goes by, no call. Repeat one more time, and I feel like others should know before they risk their property to waiting on this company.

Hello Jon. You spoke to our call center whom takes all of our messages. Our office returned your call the next day and left a voicemail when no one answered then followed up again (the second time we did not leave a voicemail). I apologize for any miss communication you experienced. I would be happy to reach out to you directly and discuss if you would like. Thank you.

I've never been happier with the quality of roofing performed by this team. I own multiple rental properties, and this roofing company is the only one I'd trust with my property.

They installed a new roof for us and did it for a very fair price. My experience with them was friendly and professional from the start. I think anyone could trust them.

I got a few quotes from other roofing contractors and I wasn't super pleased with their lack of communication. Fortunately, Chesterfield VA Roofing was communicative and their pricing was competitive to reroof my home.

Great experience and work! I was checking with all different roofers until I came across Chesterfield VA Roofing and I am glad I did! My parents needed to replace their roof after hail damage and I ended up getting quotes from different places with pushy sales tactics. But that was the opposite experience when it came to Pete. He was patient and explained everything to us so we could make an informed decision. We are very happy we went with him and highly recommend Chesterfield VA Roofing.

As a result of one of our recent deluges, our bathroom floor got washed due to a badly leaking roof. Since more rain was coming ahead of a tropical storm, we needed the work done very quickly; and since the roof was old, we wanted to replace the whole roof at the same time. I thought there was no way they would manage to do that. Not knowing they were 24/7, I waited till Monday to call. Mr. Brown with their answering service answered promptly and courteously and with understanding. He said that Mr. McDaniel would call in a few minutes. Before the hour was up, he called & came over the SAME DAY! After glancing over their website & discussing the situation with Mr. McDaniel, who was very accommodating, I was convinced that this was a competent company–& he said they would get it done within the week!–AND THEY DID!!! (even in the hot, humid weather) Even though I was favorably impressed before the work began, my husband, son, & I were all ASTONISHED at how fast they did the job. Plus they did a very good job with a great warranty. I very highly recommend this company for your roofing work.

Excellent service. I needed a roof replaced quickly - they not only called me back 15 mins after leaving an inquiry but had a quote and proposal in hand by the end of the day. 1 week later, I had a new roof...before some other companies even responded! Great price, job and service - Thanks!

They took care not to chip any paint on the facias during cleaning and cleaned the skylights after they were finished. I would recommend Chesterfield VA Roofing for roof cleaning and maintenance.

They had a bidder out to the house in no time and a roof on faster than I could blink. The crew did a great job. Everyone was super friendly! I will be calling them in the future! Great company

Very good quality roofers at a reasonable price. They replaced my roof in one day, and did an excellent clean up job. Loving the color and craftsmanship of our new roof!

I cannot say enough about how professional and exceptional both the salesman and installers were in providing us with a new roof. Our home is a Victorian style home and not the easiest for roofers to work on, but our roof has never looked …
