My husband & I spent $20,000 on 2 roofs and my toddler grandchildren could’ve done a better job! Ask them to honor their work & they’ll ignore your requests! Very very disappointed

Scheduled appointment to get roof fixed. Nobody showed up. Nobody called. No reschedule. Left a review on Facebook and received tremendous backlash from company representative. Poor customer service and extremely rude. Still have yet to receive a phone call.

Did half my roof and haven't came back to do the other half. It's been 3 days and they said it was a 1 to 2 day job. There is trash all over my yard and things laying everywhere. Called them and can't ever get them to call me back. More …

They were hired to do our roof after the storm. The crew that did the work were very messy and disrespectful. Took them two days to do the job. They finished for the day when the sun was going down, showed back up VERY early the next morning to finish. There was not a courtesy call or knock on the door before they started. They left trash in my trees and nails all over my yard and driveway. When the job was finished, the supervisor came and inspected saying it was done right. Fast forward to yesterday, which was December 7, 2017. We had a plumber come out to check our heater out. He said we had straight carbon monoxide coming into out house. His meter was reading high. Which we were told a reading of 200 was bad. It had hit 400 and was climbing. He went on the roof and found that the roofers SILICONED shut our vent!!!! He had to destroy the vent to open it up. Due to Charles Terry employee negligence, something catastrophic could have happened to my family!!! Which is the reason why we had been feeling sick!!! I would NEVER recommend Charles Terry Construction!!!! All they care about is getting the job done the quickest to get their money, not the quality of the job or making sure things were done right!!!!! I am taking my complaint to the BBB as well!

They had to remove the AC unit and between them and D&D plumbing, never put it back correctly. Now I have 2 inches of AC ducting sticking out of my ceiling. I called them back several times and they said it was D&D's fault, and visa versa.

I walked in the front office and no one was up front, after waiting a little bit I walked into the back to see if anyone was there. When I walked in the back Brandy (Terry) Sanders did not even greet me, and then proceeded to be extremely …

Jack the salesman went out of his way to make sure I got the best service I could find. The construction crews that came to my house were very respectful of my wife and kids. Bothe crews cleaned up after themselves. And even picked up after other contractors I had working at that house. Jack also called after the ice storm on 1/24/26. To make sure all was good. Charles Terry construction never pressured me into products that I did not want or need The first few photos are of the finished product and the last few are what my house look like before they started the job

Charles Terry is one heck of a guy him and his dog top-notch. You can’t get no better and you can’t find a more down to earth person. I recommend him to anybody. He eats the eggs and not the chicken. If you know what that means then you know he’s a family man He’s down to earth and I love this guy. I would give him 10 stars if I had the chance.

I worked with Daegan on a small project for one our top clients and they delivered as promised. There are several contractors in Odessa/ Midland, but very few that I can trust. They are now on my list of favorites. Thank you!

Fast, friendly and courteous. I called for a very simple repair on my roof, a few damaged shingles, and they were gracious enough to send a roofer quickly and fix it without even charging me. A good faith repair that will definitely earn my business in the future. That’s Texas hospitality!
