  Poor customer service. Poor communication. Have been contacting them since December(9months now) to take care of a matter,took having a man call and leave a message to get a response. Then,when work was done, it was only half finished causing leaking only to go through 4 more months of no return phone calls. Had to finally figure out the owners phone number to call, he said they would be there at 3pm so I could have someone on roof to show everything, 2 employees show up at 1pm,not knocking on the door or letting anyone know they were there,when told employees to get off roof and return at 3 like agreed upon time, older man who refused to give his name, demanded other employee to go up on roof and caulk a few shingles,never looked on inside damage the leaking has caused, I was talked about as he walked away and the hollered out of his truck window,call if there's anymore leaking! When I don't even know what they done to fix situation and wanna charge 5000.00 for service!! Old man also said they wouldn't be in business 80+yrs if they didn't do it right,however if they had done it right to begin with,noone would have had to return. Very dissatisfied and very disrespected.

  Jenny, we've been back to the project three times now. The information you shared is not accurate. We never yelled out our window or talked about you under our breath. When you called upset about the work, the owner ("old man") came to resolve the issue. Upon inspecting the roof, we found no leaks, and the work was completed to manufacturer's standards. You failed to mention the job has been completed for seven months now, and we have not received payment for the $5,000 invoice, even though you have received money from your insurance. It is amazing how people will try to tear down a 81 year old family owned and operated business rather than paying their bill.

  We called them about 3mths ago to get a price on doing our roof the lady took our name and number and assured us they would call us back . We never heard anything from them . We used someone else they done a great job !!

  Called the office twice with no reply. Called the owner, Joe Chambers, he called me back and said someone would be out the next day. No one showed up or called to say they were not coming. A man is just as good as his word.and Joe Chambers word is no good. 6/20/25.

  Have had 3 roofs & 2 gutters put on by Chambers & had small problems with them & they never seem to call back or come back & fix the problems!

  It’s almost been 2 months since someone came out and put these boards on our roof. We have received zero communication as to who came out, other than a business card stuck in the door, and how the issue of the streaked roof will be resolved. We spent hard earned money on a beautiful roof and now it looks terrible. We are even having neighbors ask us about our new roof and what happened. And as of right now, I have no choice but to tell them that “Chambers Roofing put the roof on, came back to fix an issue at our request, but left the roof in the shape it’s in.” Not great advertisement if you ask me. We have been MORE than patient considering we notified you about the streaking on the roof well over 3 months ago. And that was after we notified you a month before that and we were told “oh it will wash off”. And as you can see by the photo, it hasn’t. We were told the shingles will need to be replaced but STILL…nothing. They’ve even put on other roofs in our neighborhood since. Would not recommend to anyone.

  I cannot say enough good things about my dealings with Chambers Roofing. From the very beginning, I received a clear and detailed estimate from John. He brought samples to me twice and was so kind and patient with my chaos of shingle choice and choosing a color (ultimately my husband’s choice was Charcoal and I’m so happy he changed my mind). Meeting Kyler the day the project began was an extra plus, such a nice young man! The fantastic crew prepped and carefully covered my landscaping and decking then left me with a beautifully finished product and a clean property. We will complete the project with new gutters soon and I’m sure that project will go just as well. When picking up large equipment from my home, John and Kyler inspected my roof and did an additional even more thorough cleaning checking my property for nails and once again blowing any leftover debris off all surfaces. I love their use of a mobile dumpster to keep yard nails and shingle debris minimized. I highly recommend them. This is a first class operation!

  Call for estimate, thinking I'd need new roof. Gentleman came out to inspect. Don't need roof at this time. How honest ! Gentleman was very thoughtful, polite. I will be using this company in the future.

  I called Chamber's roofing for an inspection related to a leak. My call was promptly returned, and John came over to look at the problem. He was timely, thorough, and provided images of my roof to support his evaluation. The repair was done quickly, and the price was fare. He did not try to upsell a new roof. He simply showed the area of concern and proposed a solution to fix it. I would call them again.

  We had some roofing tiles come loose, made a call to Chambers. A couple days pass and two gentleman came by from the company (on a Saturday) and quickly fixed and resealed them. We have nothing but positive things to say-we appreciate you guys getting back to us and getting our issue fixed! A couple months later we contacted them to address a different issue, they were in our area & came right over. They said they would call with an update, which they did & corrected the issues at no charge. Chambers has been so helpful to us and for that we are so appreciative!

  I called Chambers Roofing to see about fixing our roof and to see if it needed to be replaced. They returned my call right away, came over that day, and got done quickly. He fixed our roof and did not try to sell us more than we needed. Will definitely be calling them when it is time to replace our roof.

  I had some old whirlybird vents that were damaged in a recent windstorm and wanted replacement low profile vents. I called the office staff who contacted the roofers who got back with me promptly and the job was completed within the next day. I was pleased with the price, and would definitely recommend.

  Chambers did a great job on our beautiful roof! The communication from John about the job was outstanding. When the job started it was completed quickly and the job sight was cleaned up nicely. The price was very competitive and we definitely feel we got our money worth! The follow up on the warranty was very much appreciated! My husband and I would definitely recommend this company!

  After a heavy rain, my roof was leaking and I contacted Chambers Roofing Co. The next day someone was at my home, checked out the leak, and fixed it at no charge. The young man who did the work was awesome - he was polite, informative, and answered all my questions. I used this company several years ago to replace all my gutters and they did an excellent job with that too. I highly recommend this company.
