The first three are Google’s own figures for Castro Roofing, read on 24 September 2026; the share is of every rating Google has counted, not of the review texts on this page. The median is ours — the middle figure among the California roofers we list with enough ratings to compare.

Too few ratings to compare against other roofers — at 4 ratings a single unhappy customer moves this figure by several points.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
The only one or two-star review we hold for Castro Roofing.

It's been awhile but after Castro's work we had FOUR leaks in the roof which remain unrepaired as we're afraid to fix the drywall until we're sure it's fixed this time. Not recommended but then most roofers here in the valley are impossible to evaluate properly. These reviews are not reliable. Good luck folks!
Other reviews we hold
2 more of the 3 reviews we hold text for, most recent first. We do not hold every review Google has.

Castro Roofing did an excellent job reroofing my home. They replaced four skylights, built a cricket behind the fireplace, and rebuilt two dormers with great skill. Kai, the project manager, was hands-on, friendly, and professional throughout the process. The roofing crew worked hard, were polite, and made sure to pay close attention to every detail. As someone with an eye for design, I was impressed with the care and precision they brought to the job. I would gladly recommend them for any roofing projects, both residential and commercial.

Excellent company. We have a new driveway & they covered it with plastic before driving on it. They did an excellent job of cleaning up every day. I would highly recommend them.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 4 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 4, of which 3 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Castro Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
