Caston Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Caston Roofing.

They didn't write our phone number down correctly. They wrote our address down incorrectly. They were a no show for giving an estimate for our roof twice on two different days.

Hi shirley, I'm sure this isn't worth one star to blemish our flawless record! I was the one coming out to your house that day, and we called you multiple times when we got to the wrong address and you did not answer your phone. If I remember correctly, you were very rude when you called us back at the office so we refused to come out the second time. And I imagine that is why this review is here. Hopefully our faithful customers can see past that.

I’ve worked with Jason Caston of Caston Roofing on more than two projects and have been consistently impressed with the quality of work, professionalism, and fair pricing. Around the start of the COVID period, Jason and his team replaced the roof on our home in Kendall. The installation was done properly, the crew was professional, and years later the roof continues to perform exactly as it should with no issues. More recently, we needed help with a townhouse in Homestead. A neighbor was claiming that a leak was coming from our roof. Jason investigated thoroughly, determined the claim was incorrect, and provided a clear written inspection. Other roofers we contacted wanted to charge significantly more for repairs that turned out to be completely unnecessary. What stands out is the combination of solid roofing, honest assessment, and fair pricing. Jason is straightforward, responsive, and does not try to upsell work that isn’t needed. In a market where roofing quotes can vary wildly, Caston Roofing has proven to be a trustworthy local option for both full replacements and diagnostic inspections. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others in the Miami-Dade area (Kendall, Homestead, and surrounding communities).

We have had excellent service from Caston Roofing, not only are they professional, polite and do great work, they are thorough and back their work. Jason Caston is always available to answer any questions or concerns. His follow-ups are unlike any others. Caston Roofing not only replaced the roof of the condominium and because of the excellent work they did there, I contracted them for the replacement of the roof of my home and have referred him to many of my friends, acquaintances and business associates. You will not regret employing Caston Roofing for any of your roofing needs.

Highly recommend (and we were referred by a friend who had Caston Roofing replace their roof). We needed our flat roof replaced - the team at Caston Roofing did a fantastic job. Jason S. kept us updated throughout the process, was accessible for questions and always responsive to our calls & texts - we felt like a priority for the company. The team left our property spotless and feeling confident that our new roof is in great shape. If we ever need anything related to our roof again, we will call Caston Roofing.
