  Caught one of their drivers tailgating someone so badly that they were nearly ran off of the road. Highly unprofessional and disgusting behavior also severely severely dangerous leaving less than three feet of following distance when travelling 100Km

  These guys installed a roof on my house and it leaked after a month, they said to come out they will charge a call out fee

  Fire this guy! They overtook us which is whatever but proceeded to make racist gestures get this company shut down. This was most Likely the owners truck don’t bring these guys business stay away.

  Hi Tony; I am very sorry to hear about your experience. I actually know exactly what happened. The employee you encountered came back to the office today and came a told me about the incident. He felt terrible. He is in the middle of quitting smoking right now - and just hasn't been himself. I would typically never expect that kind of behavior from him! Again, I am very sorry for your experience with our employee and I hope you can see past the human element and understand that this does not reflect our company or our values.

We value honesty and integrity and we try to be as upfront as possible with our customers - which we have found most people are very appreciative of. I am sorry that the impression you got was that we didn't care - because we do. I actually over heard your conversation with our receptionist and it wasn't quite as you have described - but I wish you the best of luck with your project!

  I give no stars as I sent an email (Which I still have) on May 24, 2017 for an estimate on our deck and railings. I included my husband, as they would be dealing with him. They called him back (Very quickly) and made an appointment for 30 days later as they were very busy, no problem, totally understandable. Well... here we are 3 months later with NO contact. My husband even called 15 days later, after our 30 day wait, and left a message to confirm...no call back, nothing. With pure arrogance like this, my husband and I really do not recommend the rudeness from this company. Please take into consideration, my husband has been in the construction industry for over 30 years and has NEVER dealt with crappy service such as this.

We apologize for the lengthy wait time for an appointment; however, as you have acknowledged, this time of year is extremely busy and we appreciate all of our customer's patience as we try to serve each of them with the highest level of service. We also have record of calling you on June 27th to set up an appointment time; however, we have received no response. We do track all of our calls (both in and out) in an effort to provide the best customer service possible. Again; we sincerely apologize for this miscommunication.   I wish I could give them no star! You walk into the store, email, call and your quote is still not ready. Always excuses and no reply back! Worst customer service in town! Will never recommend this company to anyone!

  Cascade just completed a new metal roof on our shop and it turned out amazing! The crew was on time every day and very efficient, even with a change of plans due to personal preference. Definitely recommend!

  I had roof damage from our wind storm in February, and lost some shingles. I couldn't get any other companies to call me back for such a small job. But then I found Cascade and they came out and patched it for me for an extremely reasonable price! I really appreciate them doing such a small project. I will be using them again when I eventually replace my roof.

  Called Cascade at 8 a.m. as a ceiling vent fan was suddenly leaking when it rained. Told their fee was $200 for an urgent call out plus any materials etc. Crew of two arrived before noon, located that the leak was from above the ceiling fan from incorrect installation of a different roof vent right above - it was only nailed on and water was dripping from a nail. The guys then replaced all the other roof vent nails with screws and sealant. Total cost was only 75% off the call out fee. Pretty impressive Cascade thanks. Ken Tunbridge Chilliwack

  Danny and his crew went above and beyond for us for our custom build!! They worked late and through the weekend to made sure our roof was finished before the bad weather hit over all excellent costumer service

  They did our shingle roof, facia, vinyl deck and railings. Looks great! Crew was friendly and always kept us informed! Definitely recommend!
