In fact, we have completed numerous roofs on your street without any concerns or complaints, and we strive to deliver that same level of care to every homeowner. Regarding the conversation you mentioned overhearing: the subcontracted crew onsite that day communicated only in Spanish, so it would not have been possible for them to have the type of discussion you described. As for the use of subcontractors, this is standard practice in the roofing industry. Maintaining a full in-house crew year-round would significantly increase project costs for homeowners. We work only with licensed, vetted crews to ensure quality, consistency, and competitive pricing. Concerning the HVAC matter: at the completion of the roof installation, we were not granted access for the final inspection by you. Without the ability to enter the attic or evaluate the system or our own performance, we were unable to verify existing conditions, identify potential issues, or address any pre-existing code violations related to the original HVAC installation. Situations like this are not uncommon, and when something is identified during inspection, we always notify the homeowner immediately so it can be addressed properly. Since we were unable to access your property, we recommended that you contact your HVAC provider right away when you called. At this time we hope your home is safe and all issues are resolved.

  I used Deaton Gutters years ago who didn't use the appropriate size gutter to handle the amount of water that comes down the back valley of my roof. They also told me I didn't need diverters (they didn't want to be bothered). Had CSR install a wider gutter along with the leaf system they use (Raindrop) and the issue I've had from day one still exists-still have a fire hose pouring over my back door. I also didn't think I'd have to get on the roof to clean out valleys anymore...not the case. Leaves do not pass over the Raindrop guards as I was told they would. What these companies call seamless gutters is a joke when it comes to forming corners that don't leak. My neighbor next door has the same valley and funny I'm not seeing the same fire hose pouring from their roof.

  Absolutely Terrible. I wanted to see how much it would cost to repair 4 pieces of siding. 2 require a ladder to reach. None of the pieces needed to be replaced just put back in place. Told me $318. I asked why so much and was told 4 repairs. I asked how much for just the two pieces that require a ladder to reach. I was told "Better talk another time Sir" Right after I read the text I look outside and see the driver storm off.

  I would choose non-star if google review has this option! Terrible experience with them; totally wasting my time! Lack of response, lack of responsibility, lack of ANY professionalism, very bad attitude. They appear to be that customers are begging them to do the job. ouch, do not know how they survives. I would never refer this company to any one.

  CSRoofing did a great job with the inspection and installation of my new roof. Scott was a tremendous help explaining the process and timeline of the project. He was also very helpful with the communication to my insurance company. The work crew was on time and completed the work same day. Scott also made a couple of stops by the residence to follow up. I highly recommend this company as they were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful answering all questions.

  We had Scott’s team replace gutters, downspouts and gutter guards. It was five days from the first contact to completion of the project. They do not keep you waiting! A job well done! Excellent customer service! Highly recommend!

  A HUGE help through the whole process. I’ve never had to file a claim through insurance and this company made it easy. They were very responsive, gave a fair price, completed the repairs quickly, performed high quality work, and helped me through the process with the insurance.   Scott: we love our new roof that your team recently installed! Thank you for responding so quickly when I asked you to come out and look at a couple of shingles that were not lying flat. Raphael just left my house after doing a great job fixing these shingles. He was so knowledgeable and professional and super polite. (He knew what the issue was before he even climbed up on the roof). Raphael took pictures to show me what he was doing to fix the flashing underneath the shingles. Raphael is definitely an expert roofer. He even cleaned up some spider webs per my request. Thank you to Raphael. Thank you for responding so quickly. I'll send a picture of how great it looks.

  We recently had the opportunity to work with Carolina Storm Roofing. Will (Project Manager) inspected our roof for hail and wind damage and informed us that he identified several areas that showed damage. He walk us through the process to move forward with the submitting a claim. Both Will and Susan are professionals and detailed oriented in their work. They covered the entire process with us from beginning to end [damage estimates, time line, insurance inspector, type of shingles, supplies needed, warranty] even how to proceed with handling the funds between the insurance company and CSR. They work to make sure the customer is completely satisfied with everything. This made it stress free. I will highly recommend this business in the future.
