I wish this could have been a supportive review but my experience with Canadian Siding and Roofing was lacking quality, accountability and communication. I would recommend a more professional approach to your customers.

I honestly wish I could say better about this company, because Terry does seem like a genuinely good guy, but he's either very forgetful, very unprofessional, or both. I've tried to contact the company 6 times for a rather simple job, and on 4 separate occasions, he's told me that he'd "be over in the next couple of days to fix our issue", only for days and days to pass, with him clearly just forgetting about the job, resulting in more calls to Terry and more times I had to hear "We'll be there in a couple of days" or "I'll get my scheduling person to contact you to set up a date". I was honestly amazed to hear there is a 'scheduling person', if they actually exist then they are absolutely awful at their job. Trying to work with this company has felt like an episode of the Twilight Zone. He showed up for a consultation within half and hour to assess my issue which was awesome and seemed like a sign of great professionalism, but then he vanished, resulting in 3 more calls to remind him we exist, then on the fateful day he finally appears, he does part of the job, tells me that I need more work done, and then vanishes again. This resulted in another 3 calls reminding him of our issue and attempting to set up an appointment. to which I get the same runaround and handwaving away. Good luck calling these guys anyway, half the time their mailbox is full and you don't even get to leave a message. Again, Terry seems like a nice guy and I don't think he's a scammer or anything like that at all, but this has been an incredibly frustrating and downright baffling experience. I'm sure he and his team have done good work in the past, but simply put, if you want anything resembling professionalism and to be treated with respect and efficiency, I'm sad to say that you should just skip these guys and try another company. Very disappointed, I expected a lot more. I feel bad leaving a negative review, but had they at least done the job or just didn't flat out lie to me several times,

I recently had Canadian Siding and Roofing replace our entire roof, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Terry was extremely professional, responsive, and accommodating to all our requests, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish. Justin and the team did an incredible job with the installation, and their honesty and fair pricing were much appreciated. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of roof repair or replacement.

Terry went above and beyond to repair my roof in a quick, professional and affordable manner. He provided before and after pictures and throughly communicated with me during the process. Upon inspection Terry quickly determined the cause of my yearly reoccurring roofing issues were due to deteriorated builder grade adhesive causing my shingles to blow up and snap under high winds. He replaced my damaged shingles and added new adhesive to the problematic side of the roof to prevent this from reoccurring and extend the life of the roof. Terry and his team spent a considerable amount of the day performing the repairs, something other roofers who I had out previously did not and were usually in and out in 30 minutes just doing a quick patch job which never addressed the underlying issue, which resulted in a return of a leaky roof every spring and more costly repairs. I would highly recommend Terry and his team for roofing repairs.

Great experience- very professional service at a good price. My downspouts fell off during a wind storm- replaced them and repaired with no hassle. 10/10.
