I can’t get a hold of him and he doesn’t answer my calls. Website doesn’t work. He did my roof with the previous owners and we are having issues with leaking. Hoping he can address it as we believe there’s a warranty. So I’m giving a 1/5 …

Brian did a roof replacement for my house in 2022. Since then , the roof leaks on every rainy days. It came with 10 year warranty, so we called him every time. But he is always in Mexico or out of town and has no one to come and attend roof leak emergencies. When he returns from his trip, he comes and patched up the roof with caulking. It has been three years and the roof is still leaking and he has not done anything to fix his poor roof replacement work. He has not repaired our soaking ceiling. Today, I had to call another roofer to go up and inspect. We found out the roof was not installed correctly and the whole thing has to be redone. Brian is nowhere to be found- not answering emails/calls or texts.

Called Brian for a quote very reasonable, but very professional at his business. He was here when he promised, was completed when promised, I needed some gutter and flashing done, and he made it happen ASAP after his roofing job. Great job Brian.

This was my second time for chosing Brian’s company Cantech Roofing to install a new roof. The first time they did the south side, and I did not hesitate to call Brian again to do the north side of my house. His work is nothing short of excellent. I highly recommend Brian to anyone who needs roof services. Heinz Hammer, Chilliwack.

Great company to deal with! Brian was very responsive to emails/texts. He gave me a quote within days of contact and it was very competitive. The workers arrived on time; worked a long day and cleaned up at the end. What was supposed to take 2 days was done in a day and a half. Would highly recommend this company!

Brian was great to work with. Didn't do a hard sell, didn't inundate me with paper or apply upsell pressure and answered all questions in a very direct manner. He answered email even while on vacation in Mexico! I had to chase the other three companies I got estimates from and they pressured me with frequent emails and texts. Scheduled a new roof with Can-Tech for March 2024 but it started leaking December 2023 while I was out of town. Brian went over and fixed it up for us. He has just completed the roof as scheduled, on budget, no issues with mess around our property and the roof looks great! Highly recommend.
