Wyatt and everyone at Cabrera & Sons Roofing were excellent. I own a rental property and live out of state, and they made the whole roofing job simple and stress free. Wyatt called me after hours to review the detailed estimate and explain the full scope of the roof and gutter work in clear, easy terms. He even visited the property, took photos with different shingle colors against the brick, and sent them over so I could make the best choice. The price was not the lowest, but the value was clearly better because the estimate included strong materials, solid workmanship, and the full roofing service I needed. Micah was great with communication about the project timeline, which helped me keep my tenants updated. The crew arrived as scheduled, worked efficiently, and finished in a timely way, even with some bad weather slowing the job for part of a day. After the installation, they did a thorough cleanup and left no nails or roofing debris in the yard. Ashton also completed a final walkthrough with me to make sure everything looked right and that I was happy with the finished result. The new roof and gutters look great, and the whole process was handled professionally from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

I was glad to find this roofing and chimney team when I needed chimney work and a new liner. Jaime and Justin showed up right on time, looked everything over carefully, and clearly explained what the job would involve. I had already spoken with other roofing contractors, so I had a good idea of the work that was needed. Their estimate was very fair, but what really made the difference was their honest communication, knowledge, and the respect they showed from the start. The crew came the very next day as scheduled and got right to work. Wyatt and Jaime protected the floors in our finished basement, kept the work area clean, and treated my home with real care the whole time. They were friendly, professional, and very neat. The chimney liner installation and related roofing work were finished on time just as promised, and everything looked solid and well done. It is clear this crew understands roofing, flashing, chimney repair, and proper venting. The workmanship was top quality, and the price was fair for the level of service provided. Another roofer who stopped by for a separate issue noticed the chimney work right away and commented on how well it was done. I am very impressed with the whole experience and would gladly recommend them for roofing, chimney, and related exterior work.
