Nope. We got the run around from this company- they kept telling us they were working on getting permits and information....but then never responded again. Thankfully we found another company that was very responsive and did a great job! There are companies that will communicate with the client- go with one of them.

Excellent roofing company and a reasonable price. Special thanks to Derick M. who took his time explaining details to us and always comes back to check the site and also Freddy and his crew that did the job and making sure that it is done right. Awesome company and a great staff ! I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family that would need their services in the future.

Eric and his team of workers did an absolutely amazing job on the roof of our home. They tore off our existing roof and completely replaced the plywood, installed the shingles, beautiful clean up, all in one day, in almost 100 degree …

We had Bryan Selch with C3 Construction & Todco Roofing stop by our home in Grayslake to inspect our roof and prepare a quote for its replacement. Bryan was amazing. He was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. He performed a very detailed inspection of our roof, photographed areas of the roof which were of special concern. He presented all of his findings and recommendations to my wife and I and prepared a detailed written roof replacement cost estimate (which was very competitive) for our review. At no time during our meeting with Bryan did we feel pressured to make an immediate decision. If you are interested in having your roof repaired or replaced my wife and I would highly recommend contacting C3 Construction and talking with Bryan!!!

We had a small roofing replacement job and Eric from C3 was amazing. He replied to my inquiry immediately, I had a formal estimate emailed over that afternoon, and the work was completed flawlessly in a day. Highly recommend!

First and foremost, Bryan has been the nicest most honest person I’ve met in any industry. Secondly, his attention to detail and willingness to drop everything to make magic happen is second to none. These interactions I’ve had with him alone I would trust C3 to do ANYTHING to my home. I work In a profession where perfection is a must, nothing less. Let me tell ya, if it’s that level of perfection you’re looking for? Then look no further, these guys care and care about their customers. Owning a home is daunting-we all know that. C3 and Bryan are there to make it a little less daunting. Call them-ask for Bryan and seriously-never look back.

As a DIY'er and someone who cares about the details then others, it's hard to find contractors that care more about my jobs than I do. A lot of contractor's want to do a good enough job so your happy and move on, but while working with Eric Bergland at C3 I was continually impressed with how many times he would redo things because they weren't up to his standards. He was in constant communication with me daily on the status of my project. My project certainly wasn't the biggest project on their books, but his work ethic and reputation wouldn't allow him to do anything less than a great job. I couldn't be prouder to recommend C3 for your next project.

Despite delays (which were 100% not their fault), the work done was excellent. My garage is now a beautiful color that stands out from the rest of the block and I will most definitely have them replace the siding on my addition when I'm ready to do so.

Had the pleasure of using Eric and his crew at C3 Construction for minor roof repair (4-5 shingles replacement). Eric was very professional and timely. His team performed the repair properly and efficiently. Will definitely use them again for any future roofing repairs. Thanks, Eric!!

I love the sales manager Eric!!! He needs a raise and a vacation!!! Hard working man!! There were a few bumps in our process but mostly because of the village permit so not C3 ‘s fault. I love our new roof!!! It looks great!! Eric himself came by, the sales manager mind you, to make sure things were cleaned up and policed our whole property for any stray nails or debris that might have been left over!! I do recommend them but make sure you work with Eric on everything!! He was super responsive!! Thanks C3
