I’ve been meaning to write this review for quite some time now. Just been busy with more important things. Everything started off good; quote, price, service, quality of work and estimated time frame. The time frame was the most important because I expressed we were getting ready to list our house for sale. He seemed to understand and agree. Corey and his team mate came out and did 90% of the job. All was well until he wouldn’t come back and finish the rest; kept putting me off, rescheduling, and he was very short in his responses, etc. I finally stopped contacting him and then he showed up out of nowhere; no call, no text, no knock on the door. Just parked his truck in the driveway climbed on the roof from the front of the house finished the repair with spite as if I wronged him. He wrapped up the job by intentionally leaving a mess of shingles and junk in my yard. Thanks Corey, really appreciate that!!

Good morning Nick I would really like to resolve this issue this was not me disgruntled employees that are using my license number and have T-shirts and cards and even magnets if you would be so kind to give me a call so that I can find out who it is impersonating me my phone number is 760-559-8138 add to anybody who sees this I would recommend always checking license numbers through cslb license lookup but once again please give me a call so I can report whoever was rude to you because I guarantee you it was not me. I do not have any recollection of this job I have no address or phone number to look it up it's not in my current book for this year. I hope people can take into consideration that covid has been happening for several years now and I've had it several times. Not to mention multiple deaths in my family. And definitely does not sound like me not answering my phone or returning phone calls as long as there's voicemails and intentionally leaving trash on jobs if you would like to talk to me about it I would appreciate it. You are more than welcome to text or call me. Not to mention I have not done repairs for some time now because of back problems. Do you remember what kind of vehicle. And I think a one-star review is a little harsh I haven't heard anything from you about a repair leaking and there's been quite some rain I'd really like to get this resolved. And I just searched through my paid invoices and I have no Nick spano in there.

Great experience awesome warranty and quality work. I got some pretty ridiculous prices from a lot of different contractors here in Hesperia. Fairing and honest pricing.

Cory and his crew were absolutely amazing. I called him last minute to see if he could fix a leak in the roof. He came out before it started raining. I compared prices and said if he could do it for under $600 to go for it (it's a commercial roof). He could have called out $600 and I would have still been a very satisfied client but he did it for much less and patched additional holes he saw. Goes above and beyond. Thank you Cory and team!!

By far the best roofing experience l've had so far. My roof was severely damaged due to heavy rain and this place made everything worth it. They were quick and efficient. On top of that they offer a 50 year manufacturer warranty! I highly recommend this place.

Corey was able to come and resolve our issue in a timely manner. Best way to communicate is through a phone call. Leave a message if it's not answered and they will get back to you as soon as they can. …

If you are looking for a respectful, kind and pleasant person to provide roofing service, I recommend Corey at C S Construction and Roofing. I called and left a voice message after business hours. Corey returned my call the next day, set up a time to inspect the roof the same day. I informed Corey of a recent roof leak and broken tiles. Corey inspected the roof , gave me his recommendation and a really good price. Corey repaired broken tile ,installed felt paper and replaced a missing cap the next day( today)10/3/ 2023. Corey also provided a warranty for repairs, informing while leaving if I have any problems to give him a call. This is my first review on google. Corey it was pleasure meeting you, your work is truly appreciated. Thank you!
