Vents problem still exists. 3 times they came back they never fixed properly. They did not properly sealed and closed the metal sheet at corner of the roof and squirrels went to inside the attic through. I am recommending this company to anyone. Please don’t let this company to touch your roof at all.

We're genuinely sorry to hear that you're still experiencing problems with your roof, specifically with the vents and the corner metal sheeting. We understand your frustration, and we want to assure you that we've made multiple visits to address these concerns. During our previous visits, we noted that some of the issues, particularly with the roof's ventilation, appeared to be connected to the broader HVAC system. We also informed you about this, and we recommended that your HVAC contractor assess their system to ensure proper airflow and prevent ongoing problems. Our team was prepared to assist further and even make a fourth visit, but unfortunately, we weren't contacted directly regarding the continuing issues before this review was posted. We take great pride in our work and are committed to ensuring our customers' satisfaction. While we believe some of these issues may stem from an external system, we still want to help find a complete resolution. Please reach out to us directly at 780-709-3240 or busyboyzroofing@gmail.com. We'd like to discuss the situation further, understand the specific ongoing challenges, and explore the best path forward to ensure your roof is performing as it should.
