  Our experience started out great, but quickly fell apart. We chose them to work with as we saw many recommendations for the company. They were quick to reach out after requesting a quote and even came out multiple times after they didn't have the colour samples with them on the first visit, but once we signed the quote to get the work completed, communication completely broken down. The quote was signed and submitted 2 months ago and no communication from the company regarding scheduling (or even that they are running behind due to weather). I followed up 5 weeks ago as was reassured that it would be looked into, but still nothing.

  Be sure you shop around ( Very basic 20x24 Garage ) Had green land in for a quote , was given over 16,000$ for my quote . Requiring a “ flat roof specialist “ the garage has a pitch it isn’t flat . After choosing a reputable company locally and asking them to review this quote it became obvious that it was indeed “ out to lunch “ and I was being “ hung out to dry” Second picture shows a revised quote of 7,700$ . Flat roof specialist wasn’t required anymore I guess . The garage cost 3,200$ to complete with the same materials offered by Greenland at more than half the cost , by a local roofing company.

  Hi Jordan, We're sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with getting your garage roof quoted. Its sounds like there was some misunderstandings. Any pitch lower than 4/12 is usually considered a low slope, and less than 2/12 is a flat roof in our industry, so while your roof is not completely flat, it gets categorized that way. Initially we had quoted the same materials that were already on your garage which is why we needed a specific crew to complete the work. A sloped roof (shingle) installation is very different that a flat roof (tar & gravel or torch on) installation. Once you communicated you wanted shingles and changed the scope of work, that's when the estimates and pricing changed, along with the crew needed for the project. We're glad to hear that you were still able to support local to get your project done! We encourage our customers to do their due diligence and get multiple quotes for their projects.

  Had then do my gutters almost 5 years ago. Gutter tore off, still under 5 year warranty and no coverage. Warranty covered nothing and I am stuck with redoing the gutters again but this time using a different company. Avoid at all cost. Shitty work and warranty useless.

  I called this company and spoke with a very nice lady about a problem with my roof. She said no problem and someone will get back to me shortly to set up a consult/appointment/visit. Never heard back....

  100% garbage company they did the siding on our shop all the drip edge was bent and pushed up and just left the siding was to be green they installed gray around all the bay doors the tin doesn’t cover can see tievec rap throu the joints they dint Secure edging around the doors so when it rains the siding funnels all the water in to the walls siding is falling off they won’t fix there work but will take you to court to get payed

  Greenland was contracted to reshingle our house and garage. They did an excellent job, including cleanup and then follow up by the owner. I would highly recommend them.

  Definitely recommend. Initially we had some miscommunication due to insurance company, and then we cut out the insurance company from the picture. Greenland was the best price by far, it wasn't even close what others were quoting. Once all of the storms passed on, they replaced the shingles on the house in less then a days work, the guys were awesome who came out, and kept us well informed with what was going on. Great clean up, didn't find a single nail even with our grass being extremely overgrown in some locations. We then had Greenland come back for some soffit repair/replacements, and changing out our downspouts, again the price was very reasonable and their repair man was very informative on what he was doing, and asking what we needed specifically. Thirdly, they were very fast to come and inspect the attic (for free) , as a home inspector saw a cracked piece of old original plywood, but did not see the replaced OSB on top of it which would eliminate his findings. Their report was very in depth that they sent us. Awesome to work with Jeff, and all the workers. We are extremely happy with our new roof, and all of the other repairs they did for us. Thanks guys.

  We had greenland roofing and Exteriors come by to fix some siding that we had marked up on a project. Turn around was quick, siding install was perfect and matched great. Definitely my only call!

  We needed a shingle replacement and the Greenland Team was great. They provided me with good advice on the options available. The quote was clear and provided all the material details and a breakdown of costs. The fee was competitive. Communication prior to and during the replacement was excellent. Everyone who was on site friendly and they cleaned up after themselves every day. I'm very happy with the final product. Thank you to the team at Greenland.

  Stop searching and just use Greenland for your roofing needs. We had an incredible experience from start to finish. Jacqueline, Austin, and Rob were awesome to deal with, and their pricing was extremely competitive.Even when bad weather pushed our date back, the communication was proactive; we were constantly kept in the loop regarding rescheduling. On install day, they doubled the crew to stay on track. The team was skilled, efficient and clearly took pride in their work. Their clean-up—both during and after the job—was excellent. Our neighbours have already complimented the results! Greenland clearly vets their partners carefully as even the shingle delivery and waste bin companies were professional. We are extremely pleased and Greenland is the only roofer we’d recommend.
