  I have been waiting a month to even get someone to come do an estimate. I think I've been pretty patient but their communication and excuses are terrible. We were sent here on a referral but will not be going with this company.

  If this company says they’ll email you an estimate,DON’T believe them. My estimate was taking photos from the ground. (My first red flag clue) No estimate was ever sent. It wasn’t a $12,000 job so I guess repairs aren’t important to them. Have never heard anything, not even a call saying they won’t even do.

  A great company if you need someone to block all the handicap spots overnight, have their workers take up all the guest parking, and leave garbage everywhere. And if you're looking for good quality roofing, don't worry! They'll take a couple weeks worth of work, and drag it into months!

  All the spots that were blocked were at the direction of the condo board. They instructed us as to what would work best for the tenants while still allowing us to accomplish our job scope in a timely fashion. A letter was given to every resident notifying them of the time and dates of when these stalls would be blocked along with an ETA of when we would be completed. We are happy to say we were finished well ahead of schedule and it was a pleasure working with the condo board. All of the tenants were understanding and patient and a pleasure to deal with as well.

  Thank you for the feedback. We apologize for not getting back to you sooner. The weather prevented us from being able to go on the roof to inspect the issue the week that you called. We should have contacted you after that but due to a communication error between the office and the field staff, the information of the tenant was not passed along so they were trying to get hold of you directly instead of the tenant to make the appointment for the site visit. Sorry for the inconvenience, we sincerely hope that we could earn your business in the future.

  Where to start with these crooks? In short... Paid $6500.00 for a new roof. It leaked within 5 months. Dwight Sartison of Dwight's roofing told me to go upon my roof and shovel and that he wont even come over and look at it. I said OK. I hired a certified roofing inspector who found all sorts of problems. I then sued in Albert Provincial Court Edmonton. The courts seen it my way, and awarded me my moneys back. Don't take my word for it. Goto the Court house and at the civil search teller, do a search for Dwight's Roofing LTD and see for yourself the amount of Court sanctions have been levied on these crooked individuals. Seriously, go do your homework before hiring these crooked operators, do NOT take the Edmonton BBB's word for it. Good luck.

  Dustin at Dwight's Roofing did an amazing job in determining where the water leak was on our fireplace chimney. He went above and beyond as he took it upon himself to come out in February ( 2026 ). He came out 2 additional times and temporarily stopped the leak by caulking the stucco around the fireplace chimney. He came another time and performed a water test locating the leak. Dustin also took it one step further and removed several shingles to determine that the leak was not the roof itself. He replaced the chimney cap . He recommended to have the stucco fixed on the chimney. We have a very high level of confidence in Dustin and would recommend Dwight's Roofing to anyone. We are extremely happy customers, Jim & Lynn

  He came and first took pictures using drone and then provided a quote. And after few days he come to fix it, he fixed the root cause and instead of nails he used screws so that my same old problem will not repeat. And the charge was very reasonable for two hour hard and smart work. This is the first roofer I am writing a review.

  They were awesome to deal with! Dustin and his team did a fantastic job on some tricky roof repairs for us, even coming back multiple times when the scope ended up being bigger than anticipated. Highly recommend!

  Contacted Dwight’s Roofing to assess missing shingle area found when having our gutters cleaned. Roof was installed by Dwight’s 18 years ago. Squeezed our small job in which we’re grateful for before that snow fall! Huge shout out to Dustin who did the fix, so kind and professional!! And he discovered where the squirrels were getting in and tapped that area shut for us.

  We understand you’re frustrated. When you called in 2014 your roof was not in need of maintenance at that time. We have never informed home owners with Cedar roofs that routine maintenance is not ever required. As for the 9K quote, that was not simply for a maintenance. Your quote provided you with different options for maintenance including the options to have it cleaned and treated. We apologize if the quote was confusing.

  Recently roof repairs were required to my house due to wind damage. The work was completed by Dustin. He explained the extent of the repairs and confirmed them with me prior to proceeding.The quality of his work definitely exceeded my expectations.

  Extremely pleased with Dwight's Roofing. Dustin was excellent to work with. My job was small in nature (install drip edge), but I was given the same level of customer service that you would expect on a large job. Dustin was very friendly, knowledgeable and personable. An estimate was provided c/w pictures and mockups, and when Dustin came to do the install, he "over-delivered" on the promised work and fixed the entire length of roof (something they weren't sure would be possible given the conditions/challenges at time of install). I would not hesitate to recommend Dwight's, and they will be my first call next time I need repairs or replacement.
