Bucci Roofing+ LLC

The only one or two-star review we hold for Bucci Roofing+ LLC.

We hired Bucci Roofing LLC to replace our gutters in March 2023 After beginning the project they misled us to believe that the newly installed roof would have to have courses of shingles removed to access the gutter. We contacted our roofer only to find that Bucci did not have the tools or knowledge to remove the old gutters without disturbing the shingles. Why Bucci did not climb the ladder and look at this situation before bidding and signing contract is beyond belief. To make a long story short Bucci left us with two gutters in our yard, broke the contract and refused to refund our deposit so we could hire someone else. If you are looking for a quality contractor who stands behind there work DO NOT HIRE BUCCI ROOFING. You will be disappointed in Eric's lack of professionalism and total disregard for his clients. If this situation is rectified I will update this review.

Eric and his crew did a fabulous job, I recommend them very highly! He spent over an hour on my roof looking at every inch of it before providing a quote. He took pictures and walked me through all my options, no hard sell tactics just sharing information. Once I booked the job the work started within a week. His crew was very thorough and professional. They came back on Saturday to finish the job rather than trying to rush through and get it done Friday night. Great work and excellent yard clean up. I have a tiny driveway so it was a tight squeeze with the dumpster and the materials but they handled it without an issue. Since he did the roof we have had several summer thunderstorms with high winds and the roof is holding up perfectly. If you go with Bucci Roofing you will not be disappointed. I was thoroughly satisfied from start to finish.

I can't say enough good things about Bucci Roofing! From start to finish. It all started with Bella, who first reached out to me about the possibility of getting a new roof. I've had other companies approach me before, but Bella's approach …

Eric and his team did an amazing job. They were able to come to do my project right away, very clean, and so far I didn’t have any issues. Looking forward to working with them in the future on my other projects.

If I could give 10 stars I would...I knew from the first conversation I had with Eric that I was going to hire his company to do my roof...he was 100% honest, didn't try to sell me anything...he was friendly, and professional as well as his crew. I will definitely be hiring them to do more work on my house. Thank you again Eric

We recently had our roof redone and the crew did an AMAZING job! They came in and got the job done in one day (including a chimney rebuild!) the crew was polite, hard working, and overall wonderful. 10/10 would recommend!

Prompt with great communication. Gave a fair and detailed inspection of our roof with an estimate that was very reasonable. We did decide to go with another reputable company but will definitely keep Bucci in mind.

Bucci Roofing is the BEST! We lost shingles due to a wind storm and didn't know it until it bubbled our living room ceiling. Bucci's son Devin came out and checked the roof and explained we could go through our insurance company, so we did. …

I recommend Bucci Roofing very highly. Eric Bucci supervised the entire project, was very responsive, helped us figure out the best approach. His team worked well and safely. We had a complicated roofing job that required asbestos remediation and some construction work on a very peaked roof. We were very pleased with the price, the process, and the outcome.

Eric and team came through for us when our Homeowners Insurance company refused to renew our policy because of an old roof. Based on the age of the house and condition we also decided to replace the facia, soffit, and gutters. While replacing the roof it was discovered that the original plywood was in worse shape than expected, requiring more replacement sheets than what was carried. Throughout it all Eric kept me well informed, showed me the issues, and was very fair in his pricing. His crew did fantastic work and did an excellent job cleaning up. We will definitely be calling Bucci again when its time to replace our siding.

We contracted with Bucci Roofing to replace our roof this year as our insurance carrier stated that 21 year old asphalt shingles are no longer acceptable. Overall, the process went quite smoothly, from the initial consultation, to additional follow up questions, to color selection, to scheduling, and finally installation and subsequent cleanup. Devin and Eric were responsive, communicative, professional, and thoughtful. The crew worked their tails off and didn't stop except for a brief lunch break. The job took about a day and a half, and we are pleased with the results. Devin went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, which we truly appreciate. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a new roof and replacement skylights!
