  My husband and I experienced wind/storm damage this past spring and our upstairs windows started to leak. Unfortunately an insurance claim was filed and we were unsatisfied with our outcome. We reached out to Helping Homes RI to come asses the roof, vinyl siding and for help with our insurance claim. From the very beginning, David was unbelievably knowledgeable and helpful with all of our questions and concerns with insurance and fixing the damage. We worked with their adjuster Matt and highly recommend him. He was thorough, detailed, answered every question I had and was constantly in touch with us through out the entire insurance claim process. Our home was built in 1915 and when new surprises popped up during demo, Chris, Daniel and the crew handled the surprise’s with ease and truly showed their expertise and experience. Once the new siding and gutters were installed, the windows finally stopped leaking and our home is beyond what we expected. A big thank you to Chris, who went above and beyond with giving us information and helping us fix our smaller rolled asphalt roof on top of our extensive siding project. It truly shows how much you care about your work and making sure projects are done correctly and will last. We could not have had a better experience and are very happy with our beautiful new siding, gutters and all that Helping Homes has done for us.   I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience I just had having a new roof done . My neighbor had his roof done already which looked amazing and was telling me about the person who helped him through it all . He told me to call David Faraone @ Helping Homes RI. I must say Im so glad I did, David is the best and easiest person to talk too . I told him about my need for a roof after that horrible snow storm and winter we had . He listened and said no worries I will help and he did . From the beginning , helping getting my adjuster who was wonderful also. Every question I had was answered right away from beginning to end . The crew that came to do the job was great , and also went beyond to help me. Best experience ever and I love my new roof . Thank you David and Matt for doing all you said you would .

  Working with Chris and his team was fantastic! Every question was answered promptly. There were no surprise costs. All work was done efficiently and Chris made sure that we were happy when the job was finished. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to upgrade their home. We went from old rotted cedar shingles to a more modern vinyl siding with black aluminum trim. Our old house was not an easy project and they were able to make it look great.

  Sharing my excellent experience working with David of Helping Homes throughout our insurance claim process following the biggest snowstorm RI has ever had that resulted in a leaking garage. From the very beginning, David went above and beyond to provide guidance, insight, and support every step of the way. Navigating an insurance claim can be overwhelming, but he took the time to explain the process clearly, advocate for our needs, and ensure nothing was overlooked which made a stressful situation much easier to manage. It was clear he genuinely cared about helping us get the best outcome possible, not just completing the job.   I contacted Dave Faraone at Helping Homes to look at damage from an ice dam this past winter. Dave returned my calls promptly and was at my house within days. Dave maintained contact with me while I made my insurance claim and was available each time I called. I didn't go forward with the repair as the damage was minimal and when I last spoke to Dave we agreed to terminate his services and because the experience here I will consider Helping Homes in the future.
