  Rose, I am all but certain that we've never worked for you before. Please elaborate as to how we provided terrible customer service? We work really hard to do just the opposite and provide top tier customer service EVERY time. When I look at your profile I see that you gave at least 5 other roofing companies a 1 star review at the same time as mine? Kind of suspicious .   Just so future customers are aware, Franklin Roofing almost hit my truck as I was carefully trying to back into my driveway. The driver made an obscene gesture and drove up on the median to get by. If this is the arrogance and aggressive behavior they portray? I would think carefully of having them at my home. 94 seconds it took to back in and a Franklin Roofing truck just couldn’t wait.

  Shane is the real deal. From day one up until everything was completely wrapped up, he was fully engaged and committed to providing us with the best possible experience . And when I say the best, I mean it. Even after the roof was installed, Shane was fully onboard helping us out to make sure we had the best possible outcome with our insurance company. He is upfront about everything and documents, in real time, the work that is being done and any issues that may arise. He makes it clear that he is looking out for YOU and that it’s not just another job. He understands that this is a people business, and while his knowledge of roofing and attention to detail is second to none, he cares a great deal about the customer having a great experience and being 100 percent satisfied with the result. He also cares about his crew and was looking out for them when the job was getting done. We are extremely happy to have done business with Franklin Roofing and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again in the future. We love our new roof. Franklin Roofing is the company to go with for all your roofing needs. Plain and simple.

  We highly recommend Franklin Roofing! Shane, Louis, and their entire team did an outstanding job on our home. They rebuilt our chimney that was damaged by a lightning strike, re-shingled the roof, and replaced our 25-year old roof windows. Their workmanship was meticulous, and it was clear they take great pride in doing the job right. The crew was professional, hardworking, and paid close attention to every detail throughout the project. The finished work exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.   I called Franklin Roofing after finding a shingle on the ground after a storm. The owner is professional, knowledgeable, and fair. He gave recommendations and explained the necessary work very well. He also replaced a second shingle that he found was missing during visual inspection. I was able to see the completed work in a picture gallery on my phone, and everything looks great. I would recommend 100%, and feel much better after having them come out to help.

  I was extremely satisfied with Shane and his workers from Franklin Roofing. They fixed my crumbling chimney, my roof and new skylights. Shane's knowledge of this roofing project was amazing. He was also keeping me updated on everything that was being done and what he had to do. They took pictures of everything they were doing and the end result. I don't believe that I have ever seen employees work as hard as his group did. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a company to repair their roof or any other work that needs to be done. My roof looks wonderful, my chimney is no longer falling apart and I love my new skylights. Thank you Shane, keep up the good work.

  My house was built in 1920 and my roof was on its last leg. I called a few roofing companies and Shane was the ONLY one who picked up the phone, booked the appointment, and actually showed up on time. That meant a lot. This was a full flat roof with rubber roofing — and they also had to replace a lot of the wood underneath. It was a big job on an old house and they handled it with no problem. Shane took the time to listen to all my details and concerns. He never rushed me. His worker Junior is amazing — he pays close attention to every detail and the work came out perfect. I wanted to keep my money local and I’m so glad I chose Franklin Roofing. And ask Shane about the red hatch — he’ll know exactly what I’m talking about! 😄 Thank you Shane and Junior. Highly recommend!
