  If I could give them a -1*, I would. 3 months after our roof was replaced by Bruzz, the rains came and we've got 3 leaks coming through on different places in our ceilings. Bruzz tells us they can't come out to inspect because their truck broke down. Don't trust your money to this company.

  I am 78 years old, and I am very happy to share my experience with Bruzz Roofing. From the beginning, I felt that we had chosen a company that truly cares about doing things the right way. I especially want to recognize Idelaydis Bruzón. She was incredibly sweet and attentive to me. There was something very special about the way she communicated with me—with patience, tenderness, and genuine respect. She took the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. At my age, I have met many people in my life, and I can recognize when someone’s kindness comes naturally from the heart. Idelaydis is one of those rare people, and meeting her was a beautiful part of this experience. The roof turned out absolutely gorgeous. The workmanship is excellent, everything looks clean and professionally finished, and even my neighbors have stopped to ask who did our roof! Of course, I am always happy to tell them: Bruzz Roofing! I was also pleasantly surprised by the pricing. For the quality of the materials, the professionalism of the company, and the care that went into the job, I believe we received excellent value for our money. It is not always easy to find a company that combines reasonable pricing with such high standards. The entire crew deserves recognition as well. Everyone was courteous, respectful, and pleasant to have around our home. They worked carefully and never gave me the impression that they were rushing just to finish and leave. When the job was completed, they cleaned up everything so thoroughly that our property looked even cleaner and better than it did before they arrived. Not a mess was left behind. That level of care and respect for someone’s home says a great deal about the people doing the work. I am delighted with my new roof and very grateful for the entire experience.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I could give Bruzz Roofing more than five stars, I would! As a new homeowner, finding Bruzz Roofing was a true blessing. On April 2, 2026, they completely replaced my roof, which was in very poor condition, and the result exceeded all my expectations. I want to especially acknowledge Idelaydis Bruzón, the Operations Manager. She is an exceptional professional with impressive knowledge of roofing, materials, and the entire process. But what impressed me most was her personality: her warmth, patience, leadership, and genuine passion for helping others. It's clear she loves her work and that every client and every home truly matters to her. I dreamed of an Atlantic Blue roof, a very difficult color to find in our area. Idelaydis didn't give up or try to convince me to choose another color; she kept searching until she found exactly the color I wanted. That gesture perfectly reflects who she is: dedicated, persevering, and genuinely committed to making the client happy. I also extend my deepest gratitude to Rosa Expósito, Project Manager, for her organization and efficiency, and to Raúl Dodanys Morell (“Dany”) and his excellent team for a flawless installation. My mother and I are thrilled. The roof looks spectacular and has completely transformed our home. The photos speak for themselves.   I wish I had come across this company when I was looking for a roof replacement. The company I originally hired screwed my roof up and Bruzz was called in to fix it. They were customer oriented, friendly, efficient and showed empathy in my time of need. If you are looking for a company to fix or replace your roof, you don't need to look any further. I highly recommend them.

  UPDATE: They did reach out and offer to return to clean up and make things right, which I appreciate. Since I had already handled the cleanup myself, I declined their offer. I hope moving forward there's more attention to preparation and proper demo practices so situations like this can be avoided for other clients. I want to share my experience so others know what to expect. My Roof was Subcontracted to this Company from another Company but they did all the roof work. When the roofing work started, the lack of professionalism was obvious. There was little to no preparation—no tarps were laid down, and debris was scattered all over my yard. I recently had landscaping done, and it was frustrating to see roofing materials, nails, and trash left behind. Even after the job was “completed,” cleanup was incomplete. I’m still finding roofing debris in my backyard, on my grill, and even on my smoker. They also damaged my outdoor lamps and didn’t bother to fix or properly replace them. To make matters worse, they left behind leftover materials, including a large box of nails and roofing liner. As someone who grew up around roofing (my father is a roofer), I can say this level of carelessness is not normal—it’s sloppy. While the roof itself may look fine at a glance, the overall experience and lack of respect for my property were disappointing. I would strongly encourage others to be cautious and ask detailed questions upfront before hiring this company.

  We have not performed any work for you. Specifically, we do not work with insurance, handle claims, take any insurance deductibles, or charge anything of that nature. Our clients are homeowners who need roof replacements, but we do not get involved in insurance claims.   These guys came out early and finished in no time flat. Roof looks great. As an added bonus they shinglesd my well pump house to match. Great work at a fair price. Highly recommend.
