  A man with the last name of Burnette came out to our home. He never followed up as promised and never provided an estimate. I called to follow up. It's been a few weeks now I think it is safe to say this is very unprofessional.

  We called for help and consultation on a problem. We were told we were 'too small' and they would not help us. As it turned out, it was a five-figure job; guess that isn't 'big enough' for them.

  Thank you for reaching out, Paul! There are a few times throughout the year that we are unable to take on repair requests. This is usually due to a sudden increase in demand for our services (Like the windstorm in August). Of course we always try to accommodate everyone, however, we do have to limit certain requests as to not overwhelm our team. Even though we didn’t have an opportunity to work with you on your project, we do appreciate you thinking of us! We always do our best to provide top quality service to anyone considering our company for the services that we offer.   Very disappointing. We were super excited to have work done by this company due to such positive reviews. 2 months ago we called, the lady was very friendly over the phone. Also, they came on time to give us an estimate. This is why I'm generously leaving 2 stars... (I am posting via mobile, apologies for the poor text formatting) The man giving the estimate told us they may or may not be able to take on the job depending on time etc. The room that needed the roof had a lot of damage. Very understandable! I noticed that he didn't take any measurements, until I asked him if he'd be needing them to help with the estimate... He took my info & email to send the estimate, or decline the job. ....... Nearly 2 months pass and no contact. We have since rebuilt the entire room, still need the roof redone. I call again, the same lady answers. Very sweet. Who I now understand is a part of the Brunette family. She seemed confused and apologetic that I never heard back. Took my information again & said she would get back to me. I never heard back that day. The next day, I called one last time. No answer. I left a voicemail. Never heard back. This makes me wonder if the man who came by ever even submitted our information during the estimate assessment. Perhaps they just don't like to follow up on jobs they have no interest in. We would have highly respected and accepted a simple "No" or that "We can't do the job". But instead we hear nothing. This is extremely disappointing. We are now working with a company that values our time & business

  Woman answering the phone cannot understand plain English. Company does not offer the services advertised on its website. Go elsewhere.

Unfortunately the dryer booster fan installation that you had inquired about is not a service we are able to offer. However, we may be able to refer you to a mechanical contractor who specializes in such a project.   If I had the choice of not leaving a star then it would be 0 out of 5 stars. I simply called to ask about an estimate to get my roof repaired because the work done before by another company was not done right and incomplete. The woman on the phone was very rude and said they would not come out to do a free estimate if I was not going to hire them for the job then proceeded to say they aren't going to come out to fix someone else's work....make that make sense.....either way I was not fortunate enough to receive actual services from this establishment because my initial contact was very rude.

  Brunettes Home Improvement recently replaced our roof. The overall experience was great. Tony came out and did our quote. He was personable, professional and knowledgeable. We never felt pressured or rushed in making our decision. The crew started on time and worked hard to complete the job in less than a day. Joel the project manager was great. When the job was complete he went over what they did and made sure all our questions were answered. I really appreciate the level of customer service he provided.   Brunette just finished a full-roof install for my family's home. They came recommended from a co-worker, and after collecting quotes they were the most professional and came in at a good price. Dave explained everything well in the quote, and Joel and crew were very effective and clear in carrying out the work.

  Brunette installed a new roof for us last week. Communication leading up to the re-roof was great. We were aware of when and how the job would be conducted. Crew started work at 7:30 and had had old roof off at 10. New roof was completed by 7:00 the same day. Siding was removed to install step flashing and flashing was seal to wall with waterproof tape. Yard was swept for nails and debris. Outstanding job. They did a roof for us before and when a repair was needed, stood behind their warranty at no expense for us.

  In the quoting process options were given and pros and cons discussed thoroughly. Supply delivery was efficient and request for placement of supplies in driveway honored. Yard and patio areas were thoroughly cleaned up and I was very pleased with clean up of mulch beds and landscaping around the house.

  Dave Rademacher was very polite, professional, and swift with getting us all of the needed information, as well as getting us a satisfactory proposal for the job. Joel Agler showed much care, and was genuinely attentive, explaining the whole process, aware about customer satisfaction, making sure that we would never feel stressed or worried. His roofing team showed incredible work ethic, and performed our requests dutifully. Our roof looks incredible, and we are happy to have used Brunnette, and will keep this company in mind for any other future projects.
