Came over and went on and on about how bad my roof was. How much work it needed immediately. This goof never even gave me a quote. Don't use this guy. Not so great to talk to or deal with.

Jared and his team were professional and punctual. They completed a full roof shingle replacement on time and on budget. I would definitely recommend Brokop Roofing as a reliable company to work with for emergency repairs or full roof replacement.

Jared is a great and timely communicator. He called me back within 5 minutes of me leaving a message when I inquired about our roof replacement. He arrived early to our scheduled appointment to view the house and took the time to understand our needs - including a pending solar installation. He was the only quote I received to recommend a ridge vent to allow the solar installers more space for the panels vs. the existing box vents. I had to add two bathroom vents to correct the attic venting and the new vents were carefully placed to not interfere with the solar panel placement. He also recommended a solar box fan in one area as well for improved ventilation. The supplies and bin arrived as scheduled as well as the crew. Spencer and the crew were a wonderful group - hard working, personable and thorough - tarping the work areas to avoid debris in the gardens etc. as well as cleaning up the property daily before leaving for the day. They take pride in their work and it shows in the completed result. Jared completed the chimney flashing himself as some custom metalwork was needed to be made for an exact fit. Jared truly cares and is passionate about roofing, customer service and his crew. His roofing knowledge is extensive and we certainly benefitted from that experience. His quote was competitive and had added value that the other quotes didn't include. Highly recommend.

Firstly, I would like to point out that I own the front half of a front/back duplex, and the owners of the back half were not interested in having their half re-roofed. This necessitated additional alternations to clearly define my one-half. Jared Brokop, the owner/manager of Brokop Roofing, was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was very responsive throughout the job. Initially he spent time up in my attic and noted a number of things that were not up to today's standards, including no plywood under the shingles, bathroom ventilation pipes that exited into the attic and poor ventilation generally. All of the above were corrected and he installed an Omni Ridge ventilation system. I noted that his team were like a FAMILY and worked like a well-oiled machine -- very professional, courteous, hard working and rendered a very high degree of workmanship. They started promptly each day, and left the property in a tidy and safe condition. It has been my observation that these qualities are a rarity in most trades, in today's world. They brought in a large dumping container for the old shingles and laid down tarps on the ground to catch any falling debris, with special attention to my plants and shrubs below. The grounds were kept clean and organized throughout the two day installation. Once they were finished, they went over my entire driveway with a magnetic sweeper to catch any loose nails, so as to eliminate me experiencing a flat tire. The shingles and labour warranty are fully transferable to any future buyer, which increases my house value. I also noted that his company has an A+ Better Business Rating. UNQUESTIONABLY, I would HIGHLY recommend Brokop Roofing to anyone that is looking for a superior roofing job.

We are so happy with our roof and metal roof that we added onto our push out picture window. We have a character home with steep peaks. It was wonderful to see how extremely professional and detailed they were on our roof which also included skylights. The team was always on time and their care for our garden was extremely appreciated.
