  That i received a well deserved break from this company. Well 2 years after I got our roof done we had leaks from a impenetrable roof cover. I was told it was my fault. Got fixed then a little time later started leaking again they came out tried to blame me for cutting roof. Why would I cut a roof that I just spent thousands of dollars on. Then just last year leaked again and one of the workers came out pat he'd and said it actually was the wrong roofing material was put on and they were going to contact me to take care of it. Still nothing. So buyer beware.

  Had gutters installed in 2020 and they have leaked ever since ,they wouldn't return my messages or phonecalls to discuss the problem. Customer service is very poor.

  I am torn! In the past, they have been super! Quick response, stayed late to fix problems, no issues with lifetime warranty. Last month they showed up on the same day I called, due to warranty work for leaking I had in my sunroom. 2 weeks ago, same issue, so I left a message with their answering service and no response. Next morning, more leaking so I called a second time, and still nothing. Lifetime warranty is worthless if you can't get someone to show up or even call back...what happened to the old Brinks?

  Brinks came out house to fix a leaking roof. They looked at the roof, said we needed to re-shingle a part of the roof and add ice guard. They took a $1200 check, cashed it immediately, and never came back. No tarp on the roof, no follow up, no return phone calls to messages we left. We checked with other contractors, and they said ice guard WOULD NOT HELP THE SITUATION, BECAUSE WE ALREADY HAVE IT.. We Got our money back via check after posting this review with a note saying '"THE GOOGLE REVIEW WAS NOT TRUE, AND IT WILL BE THERE FOREVER." I stand corrected on the getting the money back, they did do a refund. For this I am grateful.

  Not true. -you are breaking the law according to PA construction/contract laws. We are following the law exactly and we are even giving you a full refund on your deposit despite the law stating you can’t cancel a contract after 3 days of signature. -you cancelled on Christmas Eve. The project was going to be tarped off Christmas Day. you didn’t return our phone calls or voicemails. -today...the day after Christmas (the day you wrote this review) Erie has broke the record with over 50+ inches of snow. -We came out to give you a Free Estimate. -You signed a contract and gave a deposit. -Yes, we deposit checks given for down payments regardless of amount. $100.00 or 100,000.00. If your check bounces then you are taken off of the schedule until it’s recieved and cleared. We follow down payment procedures exactly how it’s stated on the contract. According to the construction law for P.A. -We called multiple times and left voicemails. You have not returned our calls so we are communicating back to your false statement/one star review. -Iceguard does nothing if it’s not installed in the proper areas, and installed correctly. -If the roof installed properly it wouldn’t be leaking. -maybe you can force the contractor that did your roof wrong to back his warranty .....if you also leave him a bad review? It’s worth a shot? -Reminder: it is illegal to lie in a review -you cancelled 2 days ago and haven’t shown up at either one of our locations to get 100% of your deposit returned...so we’ll mail it to you. We’ve never kept anyone’s down payment even if they broke contract law. Update: just checking in. Anything we can do to help? This one star review has been here literally 5 years and you weren't even a customer Douglas Petroff. You backed out of the contract and we gave you the deposit back?

  They replaced my roof recently and I was totally impressed with the job that they did.. I highly recommend them .bi have hired people in the past and have had some disappointment but not with Brink

  Came to do the free inspection a few weeks ago and was told that they might not do the job due to existing slate. I can't help that the house was built in the 1800s. The inspector TOOK the measurements and did not do the professional thing and that was to call and let me know either way like he said he would. I guess they are too busy taking the jobs that are easier money grabs. Was also told that they do not do decorative style just the cheap stuff. I mentioned metal roof was a possibility and he said that wasn't a good kind to go with. I think it's discriminatory to pick and choose jobs when someone is willing to pay you for your time.

  Hi Nick Zipperi, looking at the notes....we came out to the property 806 East 24th st. Fri, Nov 24 at 3:30 PM. The inspector got on the roof and took pictures. We dont look for “easy money grab jobs.” Our services include something as small as cleaning out a gutter...all the way up to large commercial buildings, etc. We do offer the decorative style shingles also. It’s true we don’t offer metal roofs because they cause condensation issues in attics/crawlspaces ....and eventually black mold, interfere with cell phones, neoprene screws that are used to install the metal sheets eventually dry out and leak. The metal roofing is actually the "easy money grabs". You just screw down large sheets, but we've seen the problems they can make and we only tear them off and replace with shingles. We have completed hundreds of jobs that we had to remove the slate first, so that’s not a problem. Sounds like we put forth some effort at the free inspection and but had some miscommunication somewhere along the way. I don’t feel that we deserve the one star rating but more importantly I want you to know the things you are upset about aren’t accurate. - we do remove and replace roofs that have existing slate in them. - we offer many different shingles...including the decorative type you mentioned. This one star review has been here for over six years, and you technically were never even a customer. I understand you weren't fully satisfied with the FREE inspection / estimate but I'm truly surprised the one star is still here. I'm not sure if its even allowed to rate a FREE inspection / estimate??

  Called Brink roofing for a estimate the owner Kyle came out sat with me about a hour and a half explaining things. They started my roof had questions on certain things they were doing on my roof. Talked to Kyle again he came out and took care of the issues. even when job was in middle of progress had had a issue he came to my house on sunday during the big rain storm we had and got up on my roof and took care of it till his crew could come back the following day. Treated me with respect to my concerns. Thank You.

  I absolutely love brinks. They are so professional. And I always recommend them. It's hard for me because I don't know much when it comes to roofing and leaks. So I could really tell while I was getting estimates that some people were trying to talk me into spending way more than I needed to. The men at brinks were so honest with me. Telling me how I can save money and what I really need done. And I so very much appreciate that. My roof looks awesome. No leaks what so ever! Not one single drop! Thank you again for so much patience and honesty and such a wonderful job on my roof. I couldn't be happier.

  Excellent work. When other roofers couldn't get it fixed, a friend recommended Brink Roofing. Kyle (the owner), found and fixed the issue right away and on the first time!! He explains everything and is thorough! Thank you Kyle and team!
