  DO NOT USE Bringman Roofing, save yourself the hassle and the total waste of money. They did poor quality work, refused to honor their contractual warranty, and unethically signed a totally useless contract. This company has no business ethics. Our family used Bringman Roofing to put a new roof on our AMI home and it started leaking in less than a year. When called, Bringman Roofing told us the roof that contractually had a 5 year warranty, had none since they refused to honor our contract. They claimed the company had been sold and the old owners were responsible for the previous work. But the old owners and the new owners were all the same, Mike and Cindy Pietsch!! They are still using the same business name, address, and phone number - but under a different LLC. Our one year old roof was leaking and our contract with a 5 year warranty was WORTHLESS. Mike refused to fix the roof, stand behind the poor quality of the new roof, or honor the warranty in any way. We had the leak fixed by someone else. It has now been 5 years since the new roof was installed by Bringman and it’s leaking in multiple places and is missing many shingles. Our 5 year old roof is falling apart!! Mike and Cindy Pietsch are still owners of Bringman Roofing and have again refused to fix the roof or answer our questions about their unethical business practices. They sold us an expensive roof and signed our contract with a 5 year warranty - and one month later, they changed the LLC name with no intentions to honor any previous contracts. As the woman who recently answered their phone explained “it’s a different LLC, we don’t have to honor any old warranties.” It sure seems Mike and Cindy Pietsch made this move for the purpose of legally distancing themselves from shoddy workmanship and any responsibility to make the repairs covered under their contractual warranty.   Mike & Cindy sold Bringman Roofing to us in June 2023. We did not acquire their liabilities as they are still responsible for their work according to the warranty they offered. We apologize for the confusion but the current LLC is not the Pietsch's and can be confirmed on Florida Sunbiz corporate search. We are a company consisting of businesses in Minnesota, Florida and Arizona. We try to work with past customers who they refuse to honor warranty and resolve any issues. We pride ourselves in our level of service and professionalism and our many Google reviews can attest to that.

  Had an appointment last month between 8 and 10am, called at 12.00 to ask where they were and were told Mario was running late and would be another hour. Called again at 2 and was told he was on his way, he never showed. They eventually called at 6m and apologised and rescheduled for today between 8 and 10. Called at 10.30 to be told he would be another 3 or 4 hours!! I cancelled the call, what a way to conduct business, an absolute disgrace.

  As a company that truly prides ourselves in providing quality service you can trust for the past 47 years, I can assure you this is not how our company operates and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience incurred! Unfortunately, due to the severity of damage caused to many homes in the area by both Hurricane Ian and the tropical storm, we are working diligently to prioritize calls based on how serious the matter is while still working to ensure standard inspections and repairs are addressed as quickly and efficiently as possible. However, there are days that we incur unforeseen circumstances that require our immediate attention, such as a customer’s roof buckling and beginning to cave in. When assessing these cases, the technicians can become slightly delayed as they work to secure any concerns that could pose serious safety hazards/injuries to anyone living within the structure immediately, which at times can result in slight delays to the customer next in the queue. We try to notify all customers of any changes to the schedule in a timely manner. As you noted, we reached out to inform you of the delay. Although I understand your frustration that this occurred a few hours after the scheduled appointment, this is when we were notified that the technician was securing the roof while on site and have since initiated an action plan to prevent scheduling delays to the best of our ability. We have also hired additional experienced repair teams to assist in addressing the large volume of customers affected by these storms. On behalf of Bringman Roofing, I would like to apologize for having to reschedule the appointment to assess your home!   We hired Bringman Roofing for a roof replacement Summer 2021. It was a terrible experience. Cindy and Mike, the owners, do not know how to run a business. We made it clear we were on strict time constraint set by our home insurance. The permit wasn't applied for in a timely manner. The roof was left unprotected for days, issues with leaks, interior damage and crew wouldn't show up even though we were told they were on the way. Overall a mess. Do not hire Bringman.

  The positive reviews must be friends and family. From start to finish this project was a complete mess. Bringman contracts out much of the work so you really never know who will show up at your home. The crews gouged the stucco on the side …

  Our final roof project took about 8 months to complete from the time we wrote the first check. They repeatedly failed to show up when they said they would, and then would randomly show up when we weren't expecting them. The tear down crew was highly unprofessional, constantly leaving construction supplies everywhere, damaging plants, our AC units and even part of the house (although the company did pay for the AC damage as we requested). We decided to pay for an independent roof inspector because we didn't trust the craftsmanship given the experience we had throughout construction. I'll just say that we're glad we did, even though the owner did not seem happy/willing to address the reported items until we pushed back harder.

  Imagine my chagrin when I realized the rolled roofing I had installed when I had solar installed ( because they told me that’s what I had to install) started sliding off of my house! I knew of Beingman Roofing through contacts at the Bradenton Woman’s Club, where they had repaired the roof after hurricane damage. So I called them and they immediately dispatched Jeff to check it out and provide me with options. It turned out that the prior company never blackmailed the roof, and as it heated up it was literally sliding off. They provided a few different options with verily reasonable price points for each. I opted to replace all of except for where the solar panels are. They got on it as soon as I was ready and within a few days had everything done. The new shingles look great and the quickly addressed anything I mentioned needing attention, they even replaced some rotting that had been left by the prior roofers. Jeff stopped by multiple times to ensure everything was meeting my expectations and Dwayne was constantly following up with phone calls and texts to keep me informed and check on things. I highly recommend this company!!

  Our business had a leaking roof that another contractor was unable to remedy, Bringman was able to identify the problem areas in less than a day, and complete the repair in two days. Their follow through and customer service has been excellent.

  I want to thank Bringman Roofing for a job well done installing a Standing Seam Metal Roof on my Port Charlotte home. The entire team worked well together to install the metal roof that exceeded my expectations. My contact with Bringman Roofing was through Elizabeth. She was always courteous and professional answering the phone and either answered my questions immediately or brought them to the appropriate person to be answered. When scheduling was going to be a potential issues, (I had to travel north and my insurance company was forcing a metal roof/cancellation without a new metal roof), She immediately spoke with one of the owners, Dwayne, and explained my situation. Dwayne personally called the metal roof supplier and express the desire to address my scheduling situation. The next day two individuals and fabrication equipment were at my house to fabricate the roof panels on-site and deliver other necessary materials. In conversation with one of the people fabricating the roofing panels, I learned he was the owner of the metal supply company. He commented on how Dwayne explained my scheduling situation and asked him if he could provide the materials as soon as possible so the installation could start right after the material delivery, it started within a 2 days of material delivery Jose, the construction crew leader, is a great asset to the company. His(and the crew's) attention to detail, along with the willingness address slight visual imperfections in the framing of my late 1950s house was greatly appreciated. This extra effort enabled the Metal Roof to look as good as reasonably possible, and now with the new metal roof the curb appeal of my house has improved significantly. I selected Bringman Roofing over others based on several factors. The first factor was the contract stated “Stainless Steel Hardware and Screws”. For me, this was an indication that this was a top quality roofing company, other companies did not list this or it was going t

  Called after a heavy storm opened up a roof leak at my vacation rental and they sent their team out within 2 hours to fix the leak! Best customer service from start to finish including the incredibly nice workers that showed up to do the repair. Highly recommend!

  Bringman Roofing was amazing! From the initial quote meeting to the final cleanup and inspection the team did a top notch job! They gave a realistic timeline for the project and kept to it.   Had a ceiling leak I thought was coming from the roof...they came out inspected the roof, which had no problems, but they isolated the leak from an internal sprinkler system fitting...marked it, took pictures and charged nothing. Timely, professional and competent. Will use them again if the need arises.

  Bringman Roofing was on time, polite, and skilled. They fixed my potential mouse entry points nicely.   They guys showed up and I had forgot about the appointment and was getting home from walking the dog. The guys had already been up on the roof and were writing up the quote when I arrived. They gave me the quote and we agreed on the price and work to be done. They asked if I wanted to proceed which I did and they quickly got to work. They completed the work and ensured all the work area was cleaned up as well. Very impressed would highly recommend.

  This job was finished. Every line item detailed in our Scope of Work was completed and all inspections passed. Additionally, upon the customer's demand, we gave a credit to her invoice for interior cleaning as well as made accommodations for her renters while the project was going on. Any remaining work was not part of our roof installation contract.
