  Unfortunately, due to an extreme medical condition and many unrecognized numbers calling regarding our needed medical services, I've been answering all incoming calls lately. This company has called MULTIPLE times in spite of me asking to be removed from their list. I recognized the name and the first couple of lines of the same script. The caller then accused me of "confusing them with someone else" and argued with me about it. I finally had to get rude and drop the F bomb. Sadly I deleted and blocked the previous calls (they use different cell phones) so I can't document, but I wish I could turn them in and get them fined. SO TIRED of roofing company calls, especially while dealing with a challenging medical diagnosis. Just stop it!

  I was very unhappy with my services from this company. The owner, Randy, refused to do what was asked according to the contract signed by both parties. The work was unfinished, and when spoken to about it, he responded in a rude and inappropriate manner. Unacceptable!

  UPDATE: I appreciate a response. Anytime a business responds it means they do care about the review matrix however, there needs to be better communication: Here is the response from the roofers: 👇🏼 "Kristin, sorry you feel like our communication was poor. When we received your request for a quote it was missing some key information like job address and your last name so we had some issues finding your information in our database. We did communicate when were scheduled to look at your home, and the timing on our site visit didn't change from what we initially discussed. We also apologize that the repairs you needed done did not involve your roof, but rather fascia - which is a siding fix. Unfortunately we are a single trade contractor and don't do that kind of work." Okay, let's chat about that: 👇🏼 1.) There was never a miscommunication about my name or address. Those things are asked for by your online request form. You had that information going in. 2.) The timing did change on the scheduled time: while we were not given a specific time, we were told: "late morning, early afternoon." They arrived close to 3pm. We can agree to disagree that 3pm is early afternoon. 3.) No need apologize for the fact that you provide a specific service. My issue is this: I am not in the roofing business. I don't know what roofers do and don't do. The "facia" that was damaged in the wind is part of the top of my house. People not in the roofing industry can't be expected to know the difference. I explained in the original request for service that we had wind damage. I was not asked any other questions by your team. They arrived and inspected the roof. That's all fine and good but the response I got was a few sentences saying my roof was old and if I'd like to replace it I could give you a call. I expressed there was wind damage and there was zero acknowledgement of that statement. I am aware of the age of my roof. It's a high cost repair. I know that much. But me being expected to kn

  Lousy customer service. They say they will be there on Monday so I think they will be there Monday. No show. I first called them at the end of June to do minor home inspection work but I kept getting the run around from every reception person I talked to. I had enough of the run around so I called another company and have found good results. Do not do business with this company.

  Chuck, we are sorry you feel like our service was lousy. We generally inspect a roof before providing customers an estimate for work, and require a signed contract before doing any work. You called in on 6/25 and gave us verbal a go ahead to move forward with a scope of work we had not field verified or put eyes on, and also refused to send in a signed contract so we could have a paper trail.

  The entire crew wasn't wearing rope and harnesses that are required by osha. They didn't strap down there ladders and I saw one fall and almost hit a car and two guys just laughed at it and did nothing about it. They were on my roof till 8:30pm even though the office told them they need to be off at 6pm. The left a mess of nails scattered in front of my door and grass area where my dog and child walk around in. Really and truly unprofessional and would never recommend for anyone to use this company.

Our crews are trained in fall protection, and each crew maintains their own rope and harnesses for projects. This is spot checked by our quality control/project managers when the job begins.

  Did a great job installing our new metal standing seam roof. Customer service was top-notch. Installation was flawless. I highly recommend.

  Behrends roofed a very large and expensive new house next door to us and their builder recommended Behrends to us. We had two tiny jobs that were treated far beyond their value. Their pricing was very reasonable from this local, family …

  It was a pleasure working with bob behrends roofing. They gave me a fair estimate to replace my roof. Delivery of materials arrived on time. Installation started when they said it would and went smoothly. And they did a great job cleaning up. :-)

  Bob Behrends was exceptional to work with! They completed our roofing repair quickly, worked with our schedule, and always kept us informed about when they would be doing work. I would highly recommend them if you need any roofing work done!

  I had Capital Construction install a new roof and gutters, and they did an excellent job. The staff was trustworthy, responsive, and made the entire process stress-free. I’m very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

  After bad experiences with other roofing companies, we thought we would give Bob behrens roofing a try. Doug and Stacy and the whole crew were very pleasant to work with. Their roofing estimate was a little below everyone else's. Doug and Stacy were both super friendly. I could not be happier with the roof they installed. Not only did they do a great job installing my roof they also offered recommendations for my gutters to drain better. Other roofing companies weren't as thorough. The quality of their work is exceptional and their prices are very reasonable.

  Great company and great service. I had them install gutters on my house and my barn. They were true to their word, reasonable on their price and had good communication. What truly impressed me was their warranty work. I had a small bent peace in my gutters from one of their machines and they came out and replaced it immediately. Kendall their installer Was very professional and respected my time and my home. Would recommend them to anyone

  I used Bob Behrend’s Roofing to have two new gutters installed on my home. I am very pleased with the results and process. I don’t remember names, but the man that did the estimate was super nice and helpful. The foreman on the job was also super nice. He suggested a fix for the way my down spot drained to the side of my house. Another company I interviewed said they could not do anything. I am thrilled with the fix that the foreman came did. I was also happy that they did not try to upsell me to get me to replace the other two gutters. I will hire again.

  Bob Behrends Roofing has been the most professional roofing contractor I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Bob Behrends Roofing has been prompt and responsive every time I have contacted them from the initial estimate to requests for additional work and the work performed. The quality of their work is excellent and their prices reasonable. I don't see any need to ever use another contractor for Roofing and Gutters was long as Bob Behrends is an option for me.
