The repair was completed, but I noticed problems afterward that should have been addressed before the job was considered finished. The service was not as professional as I expected. The crew also left some cleanup for me to handle. I was unhappy with the overall experience. The repair process was disorganized and took longer than expected.

The stair installation did not meet the quality I expected, and several issues needed attention afterward. The workmanship was not as careful as I expected for a professional stair installation.

BNJ were great…. We recently had our roof replaced, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the process, answer all of our questions, and helped us choose the best materials for our home and budget. The crew worked efficiently and kept the worksite clean throughout the project, which we really appreciated. The finished roof looks fantastic, and you can tell the quality of workmanship is top-notch. It’s reassuring to know our home is now better protected. If you’re looking for a reliable and skilled roofing company, I would absolutely recommend them without hesitation. Great service, great communication, and excellent results!

The owner of BNJ Contractors, Pablo Morocho, was a pleasure to deal with. I contacted him in reference to wind damage that my house sustained during heavy winds. I advised him of what my insurance company wanted to pay for (which was to “replace” a few shingles and aluminum siding panels). He promptly responded to my residence and completed a damage inspection of my residence. After his inspection, he explained to me every step of the insurance process. Not only was he able to “fix” what the insurance company wanted to pay for but he was also able to convince my insurance company to replace my entire roof and get me an entire vinyl siding replacement which was fully covered by the insurance company! No money out of my pocket!! While completing the roofing and siding, I decided to replace my 22 outdated windows (40 years old) which I paid for but Pablo gave me a very good price for the job. He and his team are top notch and very professional. He addressed every concern I had in reference to the work being completed to my home. My home is beautiful now thanks to Pablo!
