After the repair, we noticed leaks in several spots that were supposedly fixed. It seems like the job was rushed and not done properly.

Don't let this contractor do siding, roofing, or masonry work for you. My contractor had to come out to fix a few things. The gutters fell off. He didn't use the right material, so the sidewalk is cracking. The stairs had to be repaired, and they're still crooked. Now I've got a dangerous electrical issue because the contractor didn't secure the pole. They tied wire around old brackets. The utility company found out about it. It's no longer his problem, he said. Honestly, I'm telling the truth. You can see his response here. There's a 10 year warranty in my contract. I'll post pictures of everything. To follow.

I would give negative stars if I was able to. I used Raidex for concrete work. They did a horrible job. A few months later and the concrete is all cracked and falling apart. They should be embarrassed of themselves. I tried numerous times to get Theo the owner to come back to fix it but no luck.

Raidex Construction was excellent to work with. The owner, Mr. Chimborazo, responded quickly, called to schedule the appointment, arrived early, thoroughly inspected the problem, took photos, and explained exactly what he found. Rather than recommending an expensive gutter replacement, he identified a specific issue with the gutter alignment and installed new gutter hangers, and also replaced a few missing shingles the same day. I really appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and fair pricing. He also gave me his card and told me to call if I have any further issues. Based on my experience so far, I would definitely recommend him.
