From the very start, my husband and I had a great experience with Valdez Brothers Roof Repair. Malachi and Cameron gave us clear help and honest guidance during our re-roof project because we had an active roof leak that needed quick attention. They responded fast, worked us into the schedule sooner than expected, and made the whole roofing process feel easy and well organized. The price was fair, the workmanship was excellent, and the finished roof looks beautiful. They were patient, understanding, and took time to explain what was needed for the roof repair and replacement. We had heard strong things about their roofing service, and they went beyond our expectations. The crew at our home was polite, careful, and professional the entire time. With our four young children in the house, we really appreciated how mindful they were about safety around the work area, materials, and cleanup. They made sure the job site stayed as safe and orderly as possible while the roofing work was being done. It is not easy to find a roofing company that is this honest, skilled, and dependable. We would highly recommend them to anyone in Irvington who needs roof repair, leak service, or a full roof replacement.

i needed a roof replacement for a rental property, and all four estimates were close in price. what stood out was the warranty coverage and the level of customer service. the shingle product came with a lifetime warranty, and the roofing crew also backed their workmanship with a lifetime labor warranty, which mattered just as much to me as the materials. the transferable warranty is also a big plus if i ever sell the property. beyond the quality roofing work, cameron and the team were professional, quick to respond, and patient in answering all of my questions throughout the whole project.

working with this roofing team was a great experience. cameron came out to inspect and estimate a roof repair after storm damage, and they scheduled the shingle repair very quickly. it was a smaller section with missing shingles, but they still treated the job with care and urgency. cameron immediately recognized the shingle type and matched the existing roof well without trying to push a full roof replacement. since the roof still had good life left, they focused on the repair that was actually needed. the crew arrived early, worked efficiently, and finished the repair in a short time. everyone was polite, professional, and respectful of the property, and they did a thorough cleanup when the work was done. the patch blended in so well that it is hard to even notice where the roof was repaired. i also appreciated their knowledge of roofing materials and their honest approach. i would strongly recommend them for roof repair, shingle replacement, and other exterior roofing services in irvington.

i did not know Valdez Brothers Roof Repair until i needed several roofs replaced at my home and outbuildings. cameron had strong knowledge of roofing materials, shingle styles, and color options, and that made it much easier for us to choose what would look best and protect the house well for the long term. a new roof is a big investment, so it matters that the work is done right, and the crew helped us do exactly that. After i chose the shingle color and style, they gave me an estimate that was much lower than another local roofer. I live in Irvington, and they understood the way many homes in the area are built, which gave me extra confidence in the project. I also noticed other reroofing work nearby, and it was easy to see the quality. the roof valleys were woven neatly, and that looked far better and more professional than a basic straight cut. They also repaired a lifted section on one of the outbuildings and replaced roof decking where it was needed. malachi and the crew worked hard from start to finish and stayed focused on solid workmanship, cleanup, and details. They checked in often to make sure everything was going the right way and that we were happy with the progress. In the end, we got four beautiful matching roofs that really improved the look of our property and should add value to the home. If i ever need roof repair or replacement again, they would be the first company i call. The job was done right, and it looks beautiful.

Valdez Brothers Roof Repair handled our roof replacement, gutter work, and exterior repairs, and we were very happy with how everything turned out. The crew kept us updated on the schedule, pricing, and each step of the roofing job, which made the whole process easy to follow. When it was time to replace the old shingles, we chose them again because of our first good experience. They took care of the permit, removed the old roofing materials, completed the new roof installation, and finished the needed repairs all in one day. The workers were polite, careful, and respectful of our property. They protected the shrubs, flowers, and screened patio area while working, and they did a solid job keeping the work area organized during the project. One helpful tip for other homeowners is to move both cars out of the garage before a roof replacement starts, because some roofing debris can fall during tear-off and installation. In our case, one car stayed inside and ended up with dust and debris on it, although nothing was damaged. Overall, the workmanship, communication, cleanup, and attention to detail made this a very positive roofing experience.

Cameron and the crew installed a new roof for me, and the price was fair. They were professional, showed up on time, kept the job site clean, and the finished roofing work went beyond what I expected. Later, after a strong storm, a tree came down on my house and damaged part of the roof. I called Cameron right away, and the response was incredibly fast. As soon as the tree was removed, the team came out, inspected the roofing system, and handled the needed roof repairs quickly to help prevent any further issues. Not long after that, I noticed water collecting in my basement. Some of the gutters had been damaged by the fallen tree and had not been repaired yet, so roof runoff was draining too close to the foundation. I called again, and since a crew was already working nearby, they came over promptly and fixed the gutters in no time. It is rare to find a roofer this responsive, friendly, caring, and professional. From full roof installation to storm damage repairs and gutter work, the whole experience was smooth and reassuring. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing or gutter services.

i was really impressed by the professionalism and honesty. in a time when many contractors seem focused only on money, this roofing company stood out. Cameron inspected my roof in Irvington after a storm and clearly explained that most of the damage was cosmetic. He also noted that the shingles held up well from the impact. Malachi let me know they were willing to help with the insurance process if needed, but after reviewing everything, it did not seem necessary. The whole roof inspection felt honest, thorough, and pressure free. i truly appreciated the straightforward advice and the care they took in checking the roofing system. i would definitely recommend them for roof inspections, roof repair, and other roofing work.
