I hired Simbaina Home Improvement LLC to replace my roof, and Louis and his team did an outstanding job. From the first call, Louis was extremely professional, honest, and knowledgeable. He clearly explained the entire process, gave a fair price, and kept me updated throughout the project. The crew arrived early, worked efficiently, and showed great attention to detail. They handled all debris with a dump trailer, protected the property, and left everything spotless when the job was done. The workmanship is excellent .... the new roof looks great, and you can tell it was installed correctly and with care. What stood out most was Louis’s integrity. He was transparent about every cost, communicated immediately about any issues found during the tear-off, and never tried to exaggerate or upsell anything. He truly cares about doing quality work and making sure the homeowner is satisfied. I highly recommend Simbaina Home Improvement LLC and Louis. Reliable, skilled, and trustworthy .... a top-tier contractor. Would definitely hire them again.
