  After 29 weeks and dozens of phone calls, we finally have a new roof. But don't worry, that also comes with damaged property we now have to fix! This company is completely mismanaged and the only shining star is precious Ada at the front desk who has to answer to all the pissed off people who aren't getting their roofs on the timeline that was committed to them. I guarantee I wouldn't have a roof yet if I hadn't called a dozen times. Even after we had the roof, it was a pain in the butt to get the person out to inspect it and the damaged property. They can't commit to a timeline or communicate when things change. The one star is solely for Ada (and the fact that you can't give zero). Would never recommend.

  Bradley at the Paducah branch was supposed to work on getting a quote for our roof back in January, we’ve yet to still hear anything, even after several attempts of talking to him & having a second adjuster come out to assess our damage as well. We’re going to go with a more reliable company who isn’t money hungry or just storm chasers- they’ll literally just steal your money.

  Our roof leaked after they completed the job. They came back three different times saying it was fixed but it continued to leak. We had to repair the sheetrock in the master bathroom three times. I posted a review and they somehow took it down. We will see how long this one lasts.

  Nick Conley and Jake Lee came to my property and didn’t know them at all and I was nervous at first. Not going to lie. However it was absolutely amazing what they did for me and my old roof that I had. They got insurance to pay for it and I thought there was no way to get that done and they did it !! They got me a completely new roof and it looks amazing. They cleaned up very well and got almost all the nails. It was a mess at first but they cleaned up amazingly. Would tell anyone to trust those boys even though you may not know why they are on your property 😂 THEY ARE WHO THEY SAY THEY ARE. THANKS NICK CONLEY AND JAKE LEE

  This company did a fantastic job on my roof. Bradley Markey was so comforting throughout the entire process even though i was nervous about goin through my insurance. Bradley got them to pay for the entire roof and made sure they got me all the money i deserved. Such a blessing. Thank you Bluegrass Roofing for getting me a new roof.

  Daniel Glisson did the inspection and helped me file insurance. Took time to explain the insurance estimate to me and was helpful in scheduling the install at a time that worked with my schedule. Was also patient in helping me choose the best color shingle to go with my siding. The install was accomplished in less than a day and the old shingles and trash were removed. No mess left behind at all.

  Bluegrass Roofing did a great job on our roof in 2023 after the hail storm. Dustin Hogan was great to work with, and made the process seamless, and easy. Thank you for what you did for us.

  We had our roof put on about a month ago. Bluegrass Roofing was absolutely amazing to work with. Bradley answered all my questions. Walked us through the process. Roof install day went wonderfully. The crew was efficient, timely, respected my home and left it clean as if they were never here. They did a beautiful job. Made me feel great about such a big investment on our home. I would definitely recommend Bradley and his crew with Bluegrass Roofing. 100%!
