I would not recommend this company, there's no compliance on the job's warranty. I got damages in my home due to poor installation quality and I don't see a will to resolve this matter

Maam , with all due respect your statement is a lie. We came out to the house upon complaint of a leak , after we had installed the roof you had solar panels installed, I inspected the entire roof myself and found the cause of your leak was improperly fastened solar panel brackets, I even showed you photographic proof of where the water was getting in , then I forwarded the pictures to you so you could have the solar guys come and fix the leak . I stand behind my work and I stand behind my warranties . I’m guessing the solar company gave you the cold shoulder and now you’re pushing blame on me ……that’s wrong maam , my roof build is solid , I showed up when you called and I identified the source of the leak , no charge for the service call , only to have you lie about my service . Please do the right thing and remove this fake review

Quoted me a price on February 27 2019 to install a metal roof on my rental property and did not honor the price on March 16 2019. Stalled the start date and wanted more money to do the same job. Original texted quote on 2/27/2019: "Hello sir I have the estimate for new metal roof, replace any rotten decking, new water shield and synthetic underlayment, new gables and new ridge cap, 10yr labor warranty and lifetime warranty on materials at $3800... " My response on 2/27/2019: Got it... Call them several times to see what day they wanted to start. Got the runaround for weeks while the looked at the leads provided by me. My text on 3/16/2019: What was my color options for #### Riggs? His text on 3/16/2019: "I am call my metal supplier on Monday morning and see what colors are available " My text on 3/16/2019: "If weather permits, set me up for next week.... His text on 3/16/2019: "Ok great!!" Sounds like an agreement to me. Me and the tenant called them several times only to get voicemail. Come to find out they were a few blocks away doing a roof for one of the referral mentioned. Contacted them today 4/12/2019 and their comments were: ".... I'm not in control of the cost of materials and can not build the roof at that price any longer...." "....I'm not not paying to build your roof....." ".. next time someone offers you a deal like the one I offered you .... jump on it That's after giving them three referrals to a friends and a colleague. They received one of the three roofing jobs. What about the referral mentioned on the website . I will not be recommending this company to anyone. Make sure you get out your check book and be ready to write them a check on the spot. According to them, "...someone offers you a deal .... jump on it..." If not, the next thing you will hear is, "can not build the roof at that price any longer...."

Never even met this person, only talked via text...Apologized to customer multiple times, no contract was ever signed, no money ever exchanged hands, and never asked for more money to build his roof. Simply stated I could no longer build roof at that price as I am not in control of the price of materials.

Paul and his team exceeded all my expectations, they showed up on time and replaced my roof in one day with a level of professionalism that is not a common as it should be! 10/10 Recommended. I can’t tell they was even here, not a spec of a shingle to be found, remarkable job.

Paul was great to work with! We had a few leaks due to prior repairs from a different company that were not done correctly. He showed us pictures, explained everything clearly, and showed us pictures again of the repairs. Great work, great guy, would definitely recommend and will call in the future if we need anything else.

We recently had a new roof installed by Big Tex Roofing, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. Quality of Work: The craftsmanship is top-notch. The new roof not only looks fantastic but also looks incredibly sturdy. The team used high-quality materials, and it’s clear that they paid attention to every detail. Professionalism: The crew was punctual, courteous, and respectful of my property. They kept the work area clean and ensured that there was minimal disruption to my daily routine. Communication: Throughout the project, we were kept informed about the progress. The owner (Paul) was always available to answer my questions and address any concerns we had. Value for Money: Considering the quality of work and the materials used, we believe we received excellent value for my investment. The pricing was transparent, with no hidden costs or surprises. Overall Experience: we highly recommend Big Tex Roofing to anyone in need of roofing services. Their professionalism, quality of work, and customer service are truly exceptional. My new roof has not only enhanced the appearance of my home but also given me peace of mind knowing that it will protect my family for years to come

The owner kept me informed throughout the process, they did what they said they were going to do, and gave us good professional input our roof.
