  I called them for an estimate a week ago they said they would come and give me an estimate and tarp my roof to protect it from rain Then after several calls their story changed wanted over $950 wired elictronic transaction to come tarp it I was leary of this and immediately called my insurance Company and BBB both said it was a scam I went to their office to talk to Troy in person and he wasn't there but his Dad was and said he would talk to Troy I tried calling again but he is not returning my calls. My insurance adjustors Greg Creeh is coming tomorrow and I am going to tell him what transpired with Big League Roofers I don't trust this company. A friend of mine said they wanted her to sign off on an estimate with the amount left blank and she refused to sign. Big League is scamming people.

  Marietta, Please feel free to contact us anytime to discuss this matter in further detail at 606-407-7663 as your review doesn’t tell the whole story. In March of 2023, Kentucky experienced extremely strong wind storms and Big League Roofers was trying to help as many homeowners as possible. Big League Roofers came out and inspected your roof at no charge. We recommended a tarp be installed at that time to prevent any leaks into your home. When you called back days later we told you the charge would be $950 for the tarp and that we can send you an invoice via email with a link to make electronic payment. You did not want to pay for the emergency tarp service so we didn’t not perform that emergency tarp service. As to having someone in the office when you stopped by, we were in the field inspecting roofs, repairing roofs, replacing roofs, etc for homeowners that wanted our services and were willing to pay for our services. You also claim that Big League Roofers asked you to sign a blank estimate, this is in no way possible as we have electronic estimates and we would never send a blank estimate and ask a homeowner to sign it blank, so there must be some confusion around this matter. We would be more than willing to discuss this matter and assist in any way possible if you want to call anytime at 606-407-7663

  Kevin did an inspection for me and was polite, thorough, and knowledgeable. He took great pictures (good and bad) and had explanations on what I was looking at with suggestions on what could be done.

  What can I say… I am so impressed with the quality of work they did. I have been in construction arena for decades, these professional are best at what they do, and by far best roofing job I have seen in a long time. Not only are they skilled but… the way they interface with customer is second to none! We had got stressed about the project, but they stayed anchored with being true to who they are! You will not be disappointed with this company!

  This was a very professional company was beginning to end. John Arnold and Troy Phelps gave us a very clear understanding of each step of our process and followed up with us while we were waiting for installation. We LOVE our new roof.   After we were unable to get responses from other roofers, I contacted Big League Roofers to see if we could get a new roof after we suffered wind damage. Big League Roofers were very responsive and John worked closely with us and our insurance company. As soon as the weather was good they replaced our roof in one day. It easily survived the recent wind storm and we are happy with its quality and the way it looks. I recommend them highly.

  This company was great. The roof is awesome and makes my home so much more appealing. The owners worked with the insurance company and our material ordered. The crew worked hard and did an awesome clean up. Everything was hauled away and I was happy about that. Thank you Troy, John, and crew. This is definitely the company you want to install your roof.

  I just recently had a new roof installed and I am 100% completely satisfied with how it turned out. This was my first time having to replace it and they made the process easy. Troy was awesome to work with and I would recommend them to anyone!
