I’m still waiting for my barn roof leaks to be fixed, and it’s been almost 3 years! I paid for a new roof and have had leaks since the first rain. The leaks are still there waiting on this ‘contractor’ to fix them as promised.

  Reply from the business

Teresa, we sincerely apologize for the unresolved leaks. Three years is unacceptable. Please call us today so we can prioritize your barn roof repair.

Very undependable. Said they would be out to look at our roof three separate occasions but was no-show each time with no phone call. Would not depend on them to fix anything.

  Reply from the business

Kevin, I apologize we didn't get to inspect your roof but looking back through our records, I can't find your name or phone number. I apologize again and I hope you got everything handled.

Monty and Tony certainly exceeded all of our expectations handling our project of roofing 4 buildings at our complex. The workers were totally professional and cleaned the job site at the end of each day. Thoroughbred Roofing & Home Design started our job and completed it within a week. Thoroughbred Roofing has replaced the roofs on three of my properties. I am still amazed at how quickly they completed the jobs and cleaned up after themselves. With all the rain we had earlier in the year we never had an issue either.

Tony amd his team built a fence for my backyard and I have to say it was a great experience! He was very responsive, great at following up, transparent, and he answered all of my questions. He kept me posted throughout the whole process and he made sure I was getting what I had in mind. We had very strong wind the same day he installed the fence and it got damaged but Tony came back to fix it quickly. I'll definitely use their services again!
