  I have been attempting to get a new roof on my house for a long time now. I contacted Hector because he came highly recommended, this was in early December. He made his first appointment, but didn't show up due to the weather. Understandable, but I knew darn well where this was going. I attempted to make another appointment, he said he couldn't due to the holidays. Understandable. He made an appointment eventually for Friday the 14th. I hoped he would be a man of his word and show up for an estimate, that is all I was asking for. Did he show up? Is he a good roofer? No, the answer is NO he did not show up, didn't even provide and excuse. Liar and lousy business. Seems to be a trend in the roofers in this area. If you want someone that will show up when they say they will, don't call this business. I have called almost everyone in this area and not a one has shown up. Looks like I will have to just do it myself.

  Poor communication skills, contacted and scheduled multiple times. On 3 occasions a time was scheduled with a no show and no call.

  When we finish your job you never mentioned anything about the trash and we did what we had agreed on. You wanted extra work but we mentioned it was going to cost extra.

  I would not recommend this person. He and his cronies did my roof about 5 years ago. They did not install a drip edge and now my roof requires thousands in repairs. I have contacted the BBB and yes a drip edge is to be included in a roof job. We didn't realize that until our gutters began falling off and the face boards rotted from water damage. I give this company -100 stars. Truly a con man.

  I'm sorry ma'am but we did not do your job, you got the wrong contractor. I know exactly who did your roof, but for respect to my competition I can't tell you who it is. You need to check your contract and make sure who did your roof and do the review to the right company

  I had several other roofers come out without any results. A Good Roofer came out when they said they would which was the day after I called. They fixed my problem fast for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company.

  After a year of failed attempts by other roofers to fix a leak around the chimney, or roofers who never showed up... we called A GOOD ROOFER. They came out when they said they would to give the estimate. Isaias was very prompt and knowledgeable and that morning. He came back a week later and fixed our issue and our roof is FINALLY leak free!!! We are so very grateful! My ONLY disappointment with this company and recommendation to them to be better in business is they have a serious lack of communication skills that need much improvement. They were supposed to get back to me after the Wednesday inspection and estimate, with pictures of my damaged roof and to set up a day to do the repairs. That never happened. I messaged them on Facebook on Friday AND Saturday. They read the messages and never responded. I called that Monday, and they DID call me back with an appointment time on Tuesday. They didn't show up, and never called... I had to contact them and they rescheduled for Wednesday morning. They didn't call me to let me know they were running hours late, and didn't come until late afternoon. My point is they need to do better about simply communicating with the customer about running late. Also, after the work, Isaias was gonna send us an invoice/receipt via email, that also hasn't happened, so there is a serious deficit with communication and follow through which is really bad for business. If they fix their poor communication, respect the customer with a phone call and follow through, this company will do great! BUT AS FOR THE WORK AND CLEAN UP, IT WAS TOP NOTCH!!!!!!!

  We had a roof put on by Hector's team in the fall of 2022. They were very fast and efficient! There was an issue that was not their fault which caused some work having to be undone and re-done! They handled the situation very professionaly and provided top notch service! I recommend and will use them again!

  My husband called for a roof inspection on a house we are buying, they are very responsive and professional. They were happy to any questions or concerns that we had. They came out, inspected the roof and gave us their findings in less than 24 hours.
