  Better be careful with this company they send out one person who inspects roofs while drunk.

  Would not recommend they did a good job on the roof but damaged my property, instead of making it right owner wanted to show off his new tesla and tried to act like it wasnt his employees negligence. And manager keeps confusing us with other customers and couldn't tell us when they would be coming.

  I called last week 6/10/2026 @12:19. Receptionist took my information and she said I'd get a call back later that day. Guess what didn't happen. If a company can't bother with a simple call, (the easy part), how can they be trusted to do the harder part of the job; dealing with the insurance company and the roofing?

  The company was in my parents' neighborhood since a storm went through the area eleven months ago. The storm tore out two trees beside my parents' home. The rep ask to look at the roof and he said he found damage and marked it. My parents have Allstate and the rep said they are one of the most difficult companies to work with. He gave my dad his number, and he insisted that he would be here when the insurance adjuster inspected the roof. My dad gave him the appointment time. My dad called to remind him the day of the appointment, but he did not respond and he did not show up. Three weeks later and the rep from the roofing company still will not answer or respond to my dad's phone calls. This is extremely unprofessional, and I cannot recommend this company. I find it pathetic that this guy had my elderly parents open a claim and wasn't there to follow through on a service that he promised and insisted that he would perform due to knowing the history with that particular insurance company. Furthermore, it is pathetic that he still will not answer or return phone calls from my dad. As a professional courtesy, I am withholding his name, because I have been waiting for the company to call me so I can discuss it with them. I'm not saying the company does not do good work. We have no idea. All I know is one of their employees failed my parents miserably. For that reason, I suggest caution and clear and concise communication. I definitely hope the company does not send this rep back to my parents' home.

  Never finished. Left what they did touch uninsurable and could not pass inspections. I’m dealing with a mess of two fraudulent liens filed on my title for thousands over contract price. Random damage all over. Refuses to work with me or provide insurance/ warranty services. Live and learn.

  dont trust these people. they like to take advantage of you. you pay them to do a job and they dont do what they are paid for

  Douglas — we're sorry for the missed inspection and the lack of follow-up. That's not the experience we want anyone to have.   The contractors who put the roof on did a great job. I'm very happy with it. When my insurance company requested more info about the damage the JM salesman refused to talk to them.

  Brian Alford was the company representative we dealt with and in addition to being very professional and helpful with our insurance claim he is a genuine nice person. The company did not disappoint me. Everything Brian said they would do was completely done. The crew was very diligent and did a great job. I would highly recommend the company and Brian.
