  I contacted Beyond Exteriors to come to my daughter’s home and give an estimate on several items that needed repair. Andrew came to her home on January 21, 2022 and walked the property gathering the information he needed for the estimate. A week later, January 28, 2022 after not receiving any information or update, I contacted the office and spoke to Belinda informing her that we had not received anything. She informed me that she would reach out to Andrew and get right back to me. It’s been over two weeks since I spoke to Belinda and three weeks from the initial visit from Andrew and we have had no response from this company. It was very disappointing and a total waste of our time.

  A rep came out to quote several basic services on my house, and was very professional. However, the company never provided me the quote, even after asking for it and being promised it. Bad sign.

  I've worked with this roofing company multiple times over the years, and they have consistently provided outstanding service. Most recently, during a weekend of heavy rain, I discovered a leak in my roof and contacted them for help. Their response was immediate—they came out in the middle of the downpour, safely tarped the affected area to prevent further damage, and quickly identified the source of the problem. What impressed me most was their professionalism, responsiveness, and sense of urgency. They kept me informed throughout the process and had the repair completed within just a few days. The quality of their work was excellent, and they gave me confidence that the issue was fully resolved. It's rare to find a contractor who is both highly skilled and truly committed to taking care of their customers, especially during an emergency. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and responsive roofing contractor.

  We’ve now used Beyond Exteriors twice, and both experiences have been excellent. They previously replaced the roof on our former home and handled the entire process, including working with our insurance company (this was more than 7 years ago). The work went smoothly, and we were very happy with the outcome, which is why they were our first call just last month when we noticed water spots on our bedroom ceiling during a rainstorm. With several more days of rain in the forecast, we were concerned about additional damage and called the same day we noticed the issue. Beyond Exteriors had their associate, Marvin, at our house within a few hours to inspect the issue and tarp the roof. He showed up right as the rain picked up, identified the source of the leak, and tarped it up quickly and safely during the rainstorm! A few days later we heard back from one of the owners, Andrew, who explained that it was caused by a builder-related installation issue, and provided a straightforward estimate for the repair. Two days later, they came back and completed the repair in just a couple of hours. We appreciated how quickly they responded to our initial call, and Belinda from the office was prompt to call and set up time for the repair after we were provided the estimate. We’ve trusted Beyond Exteriors for both a full roof replacement and a repair, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

  We had a great experience with Beyond Exterior fixing our roof and checking a couple of other things on our roof. They were honest, reasonable and did a great job with the work. Scheduling was easy and they provided pictures of the work done .

  Great work, great service, great communication! 10/10 times will use again! They repaired 5 skylights, re-shingled a large portion of our roof, repaired gutters and did a phenomenal job with the interior drywall work. These people are pros and they do the job right.

  We identified a leak in our roof which was coming down from the garage which is how/why I reached out to Beyond Exteriors. The whole process was great and Belinda and Linda were fantastic to coordinate with. The team did a wonderful job! If I ever need roofing, gutters, and when I need my siding replaced, I'll definitely be calling BeyondRepairs.

  On a scale of 1-10, I give Beyond Exteriors a 12! Very satisfied with this competent, honest, owner-operated business. Beyond Exteriors assessed the problem correctly, conducted repairs on time and on budget, and cleaned up the work site completely. I would hire them again.
