I am writing this review as the house manager/nanny for the family who had their work done by Best for Less Construction. The family is very pleased with Willian’s work in getting the job done, quickly and very efficiently. Willian was very professional; demonstrating very clear communication and completing the project with great care and knowledge of exactly what needed to be done. The family will definitely use Best for Less Construction/Willian again for future projects.

William came to my home and did an excellent job with the roof and chimney repair using quality materials and taking photos of his work every step of the way.

Willie of Best for Less construction did an excellent job repairing some rotted siding and installed kickout flashing to assure the problem would not reoccur. He was knowledgeable and skillful and left the job site neat and clean.
