Look elsewhere for reliable work. Benny came by last November to look at our siding and roofing project. He quoted a price, and we made a plan to complete the work after our new windows were installed. Benny and I stayed in regular contact about the project, and a week ago we made a definite appointment for Monday (2/7) to start the work — sign a contract & pay a deposit. Since making that appointment, Benny has completely ghosted me. (It's now 2/9.) He missed the original appointment, never texted or called, and he hasn't replied to my repeated texts and calls. I'm now at square one. If you want a reliable contractor, look elsewhere. P.S. I'm completely understanding of the current pandemic & general state of the world. If I hear that Benny had a good reason to ghost me, I'll update this review.

Benny’s work was excellent on several jobs including roof installation, gutter cleaning, sunscreen repair, and deck power washing and painting. He is very responsive, explains everything, provides options, and offers a reasonable price for services. Highly recommended!

**This review is for the quote process.** I reached out to Benny Exterior by text and he replied promptly. I shared some pictures but he wanted to come take a look to be sure, which I appreciated. He came the next day and gave me a quote after. It was painless and easy. I unfortunately did not move forward with Benny for other reasons, but will keep him in mind for the next project. He was also very professional when I mentioned I couldn't move forward.
