Thought it was a good company. Ended up being shady, dishonest, and slanderous, would give zero stars

This is the work Bella Cruz left on my roof over a year ago. Candias has refused to acknowledge what was done, or make arrangements to fix it. For months I have requested that he go up on the roof with me the explain what happened and to …

We apologize for your experience, however we are concerned with such an inaccurate description. We are in constant contact with that HOA and they are very happy with our services. We still maintain a full contract with the HOA. Your review points to the STUCCO area, and it has been explained to you on several occasions that the STUCCO was not in our Scope of Work. We were to repair the Flashing only, and that is exactly what we did. The STUCCO Repair was NOT approved by the board and the overall HOA community was having a Full STUCCO repair completed by another trade. We pride ourselves on quality work, this was completed to satisfaction according to the HOA and the HOA Board and we continue our ongoing Good Standing relationship with the HOA and community members. We do not appreciate mis-information. Bella Cruz Roofing has been extremely responsive to that entire HOA Community, including your residence and has handled every Work Order with care and diligence.

The Bella Cruz roofing team has been maintaining and repairing the roofs for our 40-unit HOA community for over seven years. Given that most of our units have flat roofs, we truly appreciate how responsive they are whenever a leak or issue arises. Their team is very helpful with broader maintenance. Your technicians consistently identify issues that owners might miss, such as stucco cracks or areas needing paint. We especially value that they check HVAC drain pipes during routine maintenance to ensure they are properly connected and draining into the gutters. Thank you for the continued excellent service.

I honestly can't say enough good things about Candias Rivera and his crew! What started as a single roof replacement turned into three roofs across my 4-acre parcel, and every step of the process was handled with professionalism, care and clear communication. The crew showed up on time every day, worked efficiently, and were incredibly respectful of my property, my dog and my personal space. At the end of each day, they thoroughly cleaned up--no stray nails, no debris left behind-which really speaks to their attention to detail and pride in their work. Going above and beyond like this is rare, and it made a big project feel more manageable and stress-free while I was completing other remodeling projects on my home. I highly recommend Bella Cruz Roofing!

Bella Cruz Roofing was both efficient and professional with their workmanship on the flat and tiled portions of my roof. In the past, I have been frustrated after paying good money to 3 or 4 different roofing companies for work on my roof leaks and deterioration, only to have the problems come back again. Scott and Candidas have both patiently explained what was needed for the fixes with assurance that they will stand behind their work. I feel confident in endorsing the company and their work.

Bella Cruz roofing answered my request for an estimate to replace my roof promptly. They were the first company to return my calls and came out the very same day to assess the project. I was impressed by the professionalism and the transparency of each step and cost of the project. They provided before and after photos and answered all my questions before and after the roof was replaced. Candias had excellent suggestions that met the needs of my particular situation. When the crew came to my home they were friendly and efficient, completing my roof in one day! They were amazing. They completed everything including a thorough clean up. The next day the project manager inspected everything. My house looks awesome with the new roof. Thank you Candias and crew for your professionalism and speedy work!
