First, we have no record of a project matching this description, nor a customer with the circumstances you’ve outlined. That said, we’d like to address the concerns raised for transparency. Pricing: All of our projects are quoted in writing and approved before work begins. Any changes to pricing only occur when a customer requests additional work or unforeseen conditions are discovered, and those changes are always discussed and approved in advance. We do not increase pricing arbitrarily. Payment of employees: We take this allegation very seriously. Our crews and subcontractors are paid in full and on time. Any private conversation you believe you overheard does not reflect the reality of our payroll practices and should not be assumed or misrepresented. Crew composition & language: We employ and work with skilled, legal professionals who meet our standards for workmanship and safety. Language spoken on a job site has no bearing on legality, skill, or professionalism, and we do not tolerate discriminatory assumptions. Clean-up & follow-up: Job-site cleanup is part of our standard process, and we also document completion. If a customer ever contacts us with a concern, we make every effort to respond and resolve it promptly. Again, we have no record of a missed callback or unresolved issue tied to this review. We generally outsource any work that we, ourselves, are not certified and/or qualified to do. Unfortunately, the job you are referring to was for a customer that was NOT you and was paid out by insurance. You are not entitled to a refund being that you are not the customer, and if the actual customer was entitled to a refund, it would go directly to the insurance company. We are sorry but we cannot respond to blackmail requests, even at the expense of a few negative reviews. We strive to conduct business professionally with all of our customers in mind! To be clear, this is not a Bel Air Roofing policy, it is ILLEGAL for a customer to recoup funds from an insurance payout, and even more ambiguous when the one attempting to recoup funds was neither the insured nor the homeowner.   Poor communication, did a very poor job! Ripping us off $13,000 . Did not have the proper license to do the work.will not return phone calls or emails. Taking them to court! Do NOT USE There are too many good companies out there.

  After a bad experience with a previous roofer, we found Todd and his crew really great to work with. The pricing was very reasonable. They were always here as scheduled, did a wonderful job on our roof and siding, and were open to any questions we had. At the end of the job, they made sure everything was totally cleaned up. We would highly recommend Todd and Bel Air Roofing & Siding.

  Working with Todd and his business was great! Fast communication, respectable pricing and the care and time taken to make sure my siding job was done perfectly was outstanding. The time taken by Todd to make sure everything was being done well and actually taking the time to clean up the job site while his team worked was over and above. Todd understands the business, how to take care of his staff and customers are to be noticed.

  We were delighted by the high quality work, fair price, and quick execution by Bel Air Roofing & Siding! Craig was a pleasure to work with, and even provided his perconal cell in case I had questions during the job. The crew was highly professional, cleaned up materials after each day, was respectful of other homes in our neighborhood, and left us with a great result that we are proud of. We needed new gutters and siding repair. I was especiallly pleased that they fit my small job in to their schedule earlier than expected. I will definitely be calling them back when we need a new roof, and have already recommended them to several neighbors.

  Our second time using Bel Air Roofing. This time for a leaking skylight. Todd came out and did an inspection showing us photos where our flashing and seals have deteriorated. After 16 years, facing west they needed to be replaced. His crew arrived on time, replaced the skylights, replaced shingles around them, replaced the trim inside, cleaned up and gone in one day. Considering the shingles are 14 years old, matching them was pretty close. Great communication at every step through Todd. Definitely recommend for your roof needs.

  We had developed a leak in an upstairs window frame due to a couple of issues with a builder initial install. We tried to get the leak fixed by well advertised window installers/home remodelers. Companies wanted to sell new windows (the window itself was not leaking, it was faulty install which needed repair) as part of the solution. Bel Air Roofing came up with a solution that sealed out the leak and proposed a secondary repair to a problem that likely contributed to the leak. Very satisfied.
