I found the company through a straightforward initial inspection, and the project moved with real coordination. We chose a direct-pay path after comparing repair and replacement options, and the architectural asphalt shingle roof replacement wrapped up in about 3 weeks from start to finish. What stood out most was the communication and organization throughout, along with solid cleanup and a finished appearance the homeowner could feel good about.

Having the 60-mil TPO membrane installed was a decision we felt good about once we saw the plan. For this project, we worked with Beaumont Roofing Company. The crew kept the process practical and focused on what mattered, and the finished roof looked clean and well executed.

For our 22 roofing squares modified-bitumen roof replacement, the process felt well organized from planning through closeout. They reviewed the materials and detailed what was going to be installed, then kept the scheduling and coordination straightforward while the job progressed. When it was finished, they completed the final walkthrough, reviewed the applicable workmanship and manufacturer paperwork, and walked us through the finished details. Our contractor was Beaumont Roofing Company. As a landlord, I came away with confidence because the process was handled in a clear, organized way, and the details were wrapped up properly.

The modified-bitumen roof replacement came out looking solid, and that “about 32 years old” condition explained why we felt it was time. For this project, we worked with Beaumont Roofing Company. After the tear-off, they covered the front bushes and shrubs, placed tarps around the work area, and protected the driveway during the demolition. The project left us feeling relieved because the finished work was handled with care and the property protection details were exactly what we were hoping for.

Our residential home got a full standing-seam metal roof replacement after Burton helped us with the evaluation. We asked for the review because we were seeing visible hail or wind concerns, and they gave clear updates before materials …

Their quote came in fair compared to the other roofing contractors we'd called out, and honestly that made the decision easier. They kept our driveway completely clear during the dumpster and material drops, which we really appreciated since our garage was full. The shrubs and flower beds along the south side got covered with tarps before they even started swinging a hammer. We were impressed by the professionalism from start to finish.
