  She lacks to tell the entire truth. The job was quoted verbal and it took twice as long due to design of the porch. I broke everything down for them per hour and materials. This is our neighbor and I discounted the hours and they still did not pay. Three months later after being told every week they were going to pay. I find out from another neighbor they have sold their house and close in 2 weeks. When I called and pressed the issue for payment. I received half the payment and was told I would get final payment the next week. I had not charged them late fees just ask for them to pay their bill. When I emailed to get final payment they acted like they were not going to pay and said didn't I already give you a check. Then I get a rude fb message and she blocks me before I can respond. I had even offered the night before for her to call if she had any other questions. Just not good people to do business with.

  Reached out to BC about a possibly leaking pipe boot. I was asked to text them my contact info which I did. They acknowledge receipt and said they would get back to me. Never heard back even after I sent follow up text with an inquiry.

  I wrote a very positive review a month ago. Unfortunately, Corey has not followed up as promised. He assured me we would be back on his schedule in “a week or two”. It’s been over a month. We won’t be using his services again.

  This is one of the best contractors we have ever used (replacement of residential shingles). Corey responds quickly and is very personable and professional. His crew was on time and dependable. The quality of work is excellent. We had only one minor item on the punch list, which was completed quickly.   I've used BC Roofing and Handyman Services for a new roof and basic repairs inside my house and they have been amazing! The work was excellent, fast, reasonably priced and they are very friendly. I will seek them out for future needs as they arise, and highly recommend them. Absolute pleasure to work with. Picture is of them mostly complete in the re-roof.
