  You all had replaced an entire roof and the edges are popping up within a year, gave you more than 2 years to repair it but still isn’t fixed, still waiting… UPDATE 9/28/25: NO ONE CALLED OR STOPPED BY TO FIX THE EDGES YET

  Hello, I’m sorry you seem to be having an issue. We can look into paper work but it is not uncommon for a claim to be under paid. Regarding the weekend, we are not your average 9-5 mon-fri we work all thru the weekend to help accommodate all types of customers and to try and play catch up on stuff that slipped through out week. We do not feel this warrants such a lousy review. We will be reaching out to you to discuss. Thanks!

  We used Basin Roofing they put a foam roof on our commercial building. Two weeks later it rained and flooded the entire office, it took ServPro almost 3 days to dry the carpet and walls up. Basin returned and fixed the issue. After some very strong words and several weeks later they finally paid the ServPro bill. However, we are still having problems with the roof leaking in our office. They returned last week and inspected the problem and to this day we have not heard from them at all. Communication seems to be the main issue with them. They don't have an office or office staff so its very hard to reach anyone. They have an email but no one ever responds to it, and they don't return voice messages. Its very frustrating dealing with a company like this. Customer service should be your first priority. Word of mouth is better than any amount of advertising.

  Because of faulty shingles the roof is going to get new shingles. This is no fault of Basin Roofing. Kudos to Zach for his efforts coordination with the shingle company to expedite the shingle replacement

  Called Zac he was very respectful and knowledgeable he came by fixed the leak within minutes. We called other companies no response save yourself some time call basin roofing they will get you taken care of.

  Zac was amazing! This was my first experience with roofing. He was patient and most of all honest. He saw my urgent need and quickly came up with the solution and cost. I would highly recommend Basin roofing to anyone with roofing needs.

  I live in fairly new housing and apparently the roofing done was quick, fast and in a hurry and shortcuts were taken. I experienced roof leaks soon after moving in. Zac with Basin Roofing came out, assessed the roof and noted several shortcuts taken that were the cause of my problem. I received a quote and repairs were made in a timely manner. Fast forward 9 months and I was getting water drip through a vent. The work was warrantied, Zac came back out and reinforced the seems around venting systems at no charge. He held good on the warranty and assured me we would make sure there were no more leaks. They did not do the initial roofing job only repaired the sub par job that was done by someone else. I feel certain if they had done the entire roof I would not have had any of these issues in the first place! Do yourself a favor, hire professionals like Basin Roofing and Construction.
