We had a great experience with Bartlett Roofing, and Justin was exceptional from start to finish. From the very first visit, Justin was professional, respectful, and incredibly patient. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of our questions with genuine care. When working with our insurance company, Justin strongly advocated for our home and helped ensure the repairs truly met our needs. Because of his efforts, we were able to move forward with a full roof replacement that made a big difference for our property. The entire Bartlett Roofing team was on time, respectful of our home, and easy to work with throughout the process. We’ve had many contractors over the years, and Bartlett Roofing truly stood out for their professionalism, communication, and follow-through.
