The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

Rodney came out - looked at the jobs we had ... told us he was definitely interested ... told us he'd be back the following day to start .. following day came and following day went ... then the next day and next day ... finally a week later my husband text him and he again reassured us he'd be coming out but nope ... that was back on September 15th ... first contact was September 8 ... then on September 29 my husband again text him ... no reply .... I then emailed him a very nice pleasant letter ... even giving him the opportunity of opting out of taking on our jobs. But rather - total silence ! How can one run a business and not know how to properly communicate. Very disappointed that Rodney couldn't even give us the courtesy of a quick response and we, the customers, are left feeling like we have to badger him constantly just to try to get a response and now put in a position where we now have to leave a negative complaint with one star. And we are also now one step closer to the rainy season - almost a whole month has passed since this man told us he would do the job for us!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 6 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 6, of which 3 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Baker Roofing & Siding. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
