  Whoever is driving the company truck needs to get off their phone. They almost ran off the road and was holding traffic at a stop sign. Get off your phone!!!! I saw you with a phone in hand the entire time. This is dangerous driving.

  Thank you for bringing your concern to our attention. We take safe driving very seriously, and the safety of our employees and everyone on the road is a responsibility we do not take lightly. We certainly wish you had contacted our office directly when this occurred. Had we known at the time, we would have been able to immediately identify the vehicle and driver, look into the situation, and address it directly with the employee. A Google review doesn’t give us the opportunity to do that. We have nevertheless made our team aware of the concern and are reinforcing our expectations regarding distracted driving and cell phone use while operating company vehicles. Our drivers are expected to follow traffic laws and represent Miller Roofing Company responsibly at all times.

  It has been 2 months and I can't get any answers about my project. We paid our half of the fee 2 months ago and haven't seen any results

  Contacted them end of June when we had that awful storm. We knew they’d be busy of course so we had more patience on getting calls back. We didn’t realize it would take months just to get a call back after multiple attempts (texts and calls). After sending a text about how upset we were by their lack of communication we finally had someone come out. Paid half deposit in September and was told roof would be fixed first week of November. No, roof got fixed the very end of December with zero communication during the month of November as we sat and waited. We got communication saying it would be done that Monday or Tuesday but it never happened during those days but over a week and half later( Thursday before Christmas) So we had all their materials in our yard for over a week before they even installed. Now here we are two weeks out with new half roof and left over shingles (3 groups) are still in our yard killing our grass and two calls have been made about it with no sense of urgency. They clearly don’t care if their product gets stolen. Took 6 months start to finish and we know others who have given up trying to get work done from the same storm due to lack of communication. The guys who did the roof did a good job and made sure everything was cleaned up but the company as a whole we will not be using again.

  I’ve used them before and was happy. This time they won’t ever call me back. I have called every couple of days and they say he’ll call you back and never does. I guess I’m very disappointed. This is going on a month that I’ve tried to get them out. Guess I’m going to need to find someone else.

  Installed roof and gutters in Aug/Sept 2020. Over charged by 600+ dollars. When asking the company to validate the charges was told by the salesman Mr Black that no matter how he wrote the charges they would be the exact same pay the bill …

  I called to get a quote and everyone I spoke to was nice and they had a couple of guys come out to measure my roof but i never heard back from them again.

  Damage was done to my roof as the result of a storm. I contacted Miller Roofing who came right out to assist me. Miller Roofing did an amazing job. The entire staff was great to work with. I will use Miller Roofing again for any needs I have. Thank you Miller Roofing. Job well done.

  Miller Roofing did an awesome job! We did a 500 square foot add on to our house. During the planning stage, Tony came out and paid attention to what we were looking to do and drew up blueprints and gave us a quote. The price was reasonable compared to other quotes from local contractors. Miller Roofing seemed to be the most squared away and communicated well with us so we went with them, and gladly so. Starting construction, Tony explained the whole process and what to expect after each task was completed. Tony and his crew took no short cuts and often did extra work, making unexpected upgrades, and paid attention to the final details. After each work day the crew cleaned up after themselves and were neat and tidy. These guys did a legit amazing job. If Tony didn’t like how something looked visually, he would redo it even though it functioned just fine and it was acceptable to me. Miller Roofing went above and beyond the scope of work. Never once did I feel shorted, or had to settle for less. I’d definitely hire them in the future and I recommend them by far!

  Amazing company! Everyone employee was kind and did a great job. I also hired them for some wall repairs and great at that too. Very impressed at how easy they made the process for me, trustworthiness of the staff and the excellence of the work done. I appreciate this company

  Great service at a reasonable price. I compared them with another company and their quote was much more reasonable for the same shingles, warranty and service.

  Everyone we worked with from the office to the installation workers was very friendly and eager to insure our questions were answered completely. They used top quality products while giving us the best prices on everything. Shannon and Jesse worked especially hard to help make the process easy for us.
