Fast, good communication, and friendly. They did the job in one day, were willing to meet with me when it was convenient, and the roof looks great.

J&J Roofing Claims did a free inspection for me. Although, my roof was not in need of repair at this time I was very satisfied with the services provided. I will use J&J Roofing Claims for all of my future roofing needs.

J&J did a wonderful job on our roof and helped us with the insurance process. I thought we were going to pay for our roof out of pocket when the first roof inspector came, but when I called J&J Roofing they helped process our insurance and the insurance cover for our roof. Thanks to Jacob. I would highly recommend them.

J & J did a spectacular job on the roof at our house. From handling it with the insurance company to the craftsmanship and clean up, they did a great job. Highly recommend!

Jamie and Jacob are both incredibly kind and easy to work with. I've called on them several times within the last year for family and friends' roof damage. Each time they showed up to inspect the roof on the same day and all received new roofs within a couple weeks. They took the time to explain the damage, dealing with insurance, gave several options, and even patched the roof free of charge until the rain subsided a few days later. 100% recommend.

J&J Roofing worked with our insurance to ensure the process was easy for us. The insurance's initial quote did not cover the replacement, and J&J Roofing worked with us to resubmit the claim and ensure it was fully covered. I would recommend them to anyone needing a roof replaced
