  We paid for a new roof & soffit/facia repair on my moms house. We did get a new roof. But they did not honor the repairs. Mistake was paying him before I had realtor check for repairs. I live out of town. But then again, we should not have to Do that. We expect an honest business to Do what they are paid to Do. Very sad & would definitely not recommend!

I would like to clarify a few points to make sure there is a clear understanding of the events. After our initial agreement for a new roof and soffit and fascia repairs, we executed the work as per your specific request to only replace the worst areas of soffit and fascia instead of replacing all of it. During our post-completion walkthrough over 2 months ago, we addressed any concerns you had and did some touch-up painting of the original soffit and fascia that wasn't replaced, at your request. After a second walkthrough, you indicated that you were 100% satisfied with the work, which was further affirmed when you paid the balance in full and later reached out to us for an estimate for additional work. We always strive to provide transparent and comprehensive advice to our clients. We did recommend replacing all of the soffit and fascia, but we respected your decision to proceed with limited repairs. Our goal is always to meet the specific needs and wishes of our clients. If there are any outstanding concerns or areas you feel were not addressed, please give me a call. We're committed to making sure our clients are satisfied and again, we appreciate your feedback.

  They gave us a bid then never returned to do the work! They didn't even return numerous messages I left them!

  Tim, I was surprised to read your review. It seems there has been a misunderstanding or a communication gap somewhere. We take all our bids seriously and it is certainly not our practice to ignore messages. We provided a bid for your LVP flooring and were prepared to start the work upon receiving a 50% down payment and a signed contract. However, we did not receive any communication from your side after our initial meeting. We also have not received any messages or emails from you since then, which is why we were under the impression that you were still considering our quote. We understand how frustrating this situation must be for you and we are here to make it right. We would be happy to complete this job for you. Please give us a call at (479) 518-3064 to discuss.

  As a realtor it's important to be able to have a variety of companies you trust to be able to refer to your clients. Griffin roofing is one of those! Not only did they do a great job with the roof itself but also worked hard at get it finished on a tight schedule. Good communication is a must for me and that's what you can expect when selecting this company!

  Griffin did an amazing job on a full roof repair for our home, Zach Murchison was our rep who came out for a free quote, he was honest and responded very quickly. The owner Will was always available when we had questions. Very kind people and the roof looks excellent!

  Griffin Roofing replaced our roof after working with all the rainy weather and did so keeping everything dry as possible. They made quick work of replacing some bad decking and putting down all new shingles. And, the cleaned up before they left was incredible. I even learned a couple things about Roofing materials, thanks Will... Zach was a pleasure to work with also!!
